| heal.abstract | Η συγκεκριμένη πτυχιακή εργασία πραγματεύεται το θέμα της δυσφαγίας στα άτομα με νόσο Parkinson. Αρχικά, αναλύεται ανατομικά και λειτουργικά ο μηχανισμός της κατάποσης, δηλαδή παρουσιάζεται ο μηχανισμός της τυπικής κατάποσης χωρίς κάποια παθολογία. Αυτό συμβαίνει για να γίνει αντιληπτός, από τον αναγνώστη, ο τρόπος που επιδρά στην κατάποση η νόσος του Parkinson. Κατόπιν δίνεται μία καθολική εικόνα της ιατρικής κατάστασης των ατόμων με νόσο Parkinson, εξειδικεύοντας την αργότερα στην λογοπαθολογική εικόνα, περιγράφοντας τα συμπτώματα που την πλαισιώνουν. Εν συνεχεία, το περιεχόμενο της εργασίας επικεντρώνεται στην παθοφυσιολογία, την οποία δημιουργεί η νόσος του Parkinson, στα στάδια της κατάποσης και στις αλλαγές που φέρει στη λειτουργικότητα του ατόμου η διαταραχή αυτή. Ένα βασικό κομμάτι αποτελούν οι μέθοδοι αξιολόγησης της δυσφαγίας τις οποίες και χρησιμοποιούν οι κλινικοί για να καταλήξουν εν τέλει στην διάγνωση των διαταραχών κατάποσης στον εκάστοτε ασθενή. Η εργασία αυτή, κλείνοντας παραθέτει τις θεραπευτικές προσεγγίσεις που χρησιμοποιούνται από την κλινική κοινότητα των επαγγελματιών, λογοθεραπευτών και μη, της δυσφαγίας για την αποκατάσταση της και εστιάζεται σε αυτές που χρησιμοποιούνται σε ασθενείς με νόσο Parkinson. | el |
| heal.abstract | This dissertation discusses swallowing disorders and dysphagia for people with Parkinson's disease. Initially, the mechanism of swallowing is analyzed both anatomically and functionally (i.e., the mechanism of typical swallowing without any pathology is presented). This dissertation starts with this to give the reader an idea of how Parkinson's disease can affect swallowing mechanism. Furthermore, a general picture of the medical condition of people with Parkinson disease is given. Also, are presented the speech pathology aspects, and symptoms that surround the disease. The content of this thesis then focuses on the pathophysiology created by Parkinson's disease, the stages of swallowing, and the functional changes that the disorder causes to the individual. A key part is the dysphagia evaluation methods used by clinicians to ultimately diagnose the swallowing disorders in each patient. In conclusion, we are listing the therapeutic approaches used by the clinical community of professionals, speech therapists and non-speech therapists for the rehabilitation of dysphagia and focuses on those used in patients with Parkinson's disease. | en |
