| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία αποτελεί μία εργασία βιβλιογραφικού χαρακτήρα που σκοπός της είναι να προσεγγίσει τα προβλήματα σίτισης και κατάποσης σε παιδιά με σύνδρομο Down. Αρχικά , στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζεται το σύνδρομο Down, η κλινική εικόνα των παιδιών , οι τύποι του συνδρόμου, η συννοσηρότητα και ο διαγνωστικός έλεγχος . Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο, γίνεται αναφορά στη δυσφαγία, στον μηχανισμό της κατάποσης , στις εγκεφαλικές συζυγίες που εμπλέκονται στην κατάποση και επίσης στα αίτια και συμπτώματα. Στη συνέχεια , στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται αναφορά στις διαταραχές κατάποσης και την αξιολόγηση τους. Το τέταρτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζει τις διαταραχές σίτισης και κατάποσης σε παιδιά με σύνδρομο Down. Και τέλος, το πέμπτο και τελευταίο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζει τις θεραπευτικές τεχνικές καθώς και το ρόλο του λογοθεραπευτή και της διεπιστημονικής ομάδας στην θεραπεία των διαταραχών σίτισης και κατάποσης σε παιδιά με σύνδρομο Down. | el |
| heal.abstract | This thesis is a bibliographic work that aims to address the feeding and swallowing disorders in children with Down syndrome. Firstly, the first chapter presents Down syndrome, the clinical picture of children, the types of the syndrome, comordibity and the diagnostic tests. In the second chapter, reference is made to dysphagia, the mechanism of ingestion, the cerebral conjugates involved in ingestion and also the causes and symptoms. Then, in the third chapter, reference is made to swallowing disorders and their evaluation. The fourth chapter presents feeding and swallowing disorders in children with Down syndrome. Finally, the fifth and final chapter presents the therapeutic techniques as well as the role of the speech therapist and the interdisciplinary team in the treatment of feeding and swallowing disorders in children with Down syndrome. | en |
