| heal.abstract | Η εργασία αυτή πραγματεύεται την τεχνολογία Blockchain ,τη δομή της και τις κατηγορίες που υπάρχουν. Στην συνέχεια γίνεται μία ιστορική αναδρομή αυτής της τεχνολογίας και των εφαρμογών της στην εναλλακτική οικονομία. Ακολουθεί η εφαρμογή του Blockchain στην ιατρική και τον χώρο της υγείας , το νομικό πλαίσιο που υπάρχει και η συλλογή ευαίσθητων προσωπικών δεδομένων. Επίσης γίνεται αναφορά σε τομείς όπου άρχισε να εφαρμόζεται δειλά-δειλά η τεχνολογία Blockchain όπως ο δημόσιος τομέας , η αλυσίδα εφοδιασμού , οι τράπεζες , τα έξυπνα συμβόλαια , τα προσωπικά δεδομένα και το IoT. Τέλος υπάρχουν τα συμπεράσματα αυτής της εργασίας. | el |
| heal.abstract | This work study deals with the Blockchain technology, it’s structure and it’s existing categories. Furthermore, a historical review on this technology is done, as well as it’s applications and it’s alternative economy. Then we continue with the application of the Blockchain in the medical and health area, it’s legal framework and the collection of sensitive personal data. The Blockchain technology new areas of it’s application are also mentioned, like the public sector, the supply chain, the banks, the smart contracts, the personal data and the IoT. Last but not least the conclusions as to the Blockchain technology are analyzed and as to this technology’s extensions. | el |
