| heal.abstract | Στόχος της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι να μελετήσει και να αναλύσει τις επιπτώσειςτηςοικονομικήςκρίσης των τελευταίων ετών στηνυγεία των πολιτών, καθώς και τις αλλαγέςπου έχουν επέλθειστο Εθνικό Σύστημα Υγείας και στις υπόλοιπες υγειονομικές μονάδες. Συγκεκριμένααναλύονταιστοιχεία που αφορούν την οικονομική κρίση,την επίδρασή της στην υγεία των πολιτών και στο σύστημα υγείας γενικότερα.Αρχικά γίνεται μιαεισαγωγή στην έννοια της υγείας και στη σύνδεσή τηςμε την οικονομία. Στην συνέχεια, στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο,αναλύονται εκτενέστερα τα αίτια και οι επιδράσεις της οικονομικής κρίσης στους ιατρούς και στις μονάδες παροχής υγείας, στην υγεία των πολιτών καθώς και σε ομάδες πολιτών που νοσηλεύονταιστα νοσηλευτικά ιδρύματα. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο εξετάζονται η σχέση οικονομίας –υγείας, καθώς και το ελληνικό σύστημα υγείας πριν την κρίση, οι αδυναμίες του, αλλά και οι επιπτώσεις που έχει επιφέρει η κρίση σε αυτό. Παράλληλα αναλύονταιεκτενέστερα οι επιπτώσεις της οικονομικής κρίσηςστο ιατρικό και νοσηλευτικό προσωπικό των νοσοκομείων αλλά και οι επιπτώσεις σε επίπεδο κοινωνικής συνοχής. Ακόμηπεριγράφονται αναλυτικά τα όρια δαπάνης , τα επιπρόσθετα όρια συνταγογράφησης, οι αλλαγές στις συμμετοχές ασθενών και στα φάρμακα καθώς και σε ποιο βαθμόέχουν επηρεαστεί πλέον οι τιμές των φαρμάκων εξαιτίας της κρίσης. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο μελετώνται τα νέα επίπεδα φαρμακευτικών και νοσοκομειακών δαπανών εν μέσω κρίσης. Τέλος, αποτυπώνεται ο αντίκτυπος της οικονομικής κρίσης στο σύστημα υγείας,όπως αυτός έγινε εμφανής κατά την περίοδο της πανδημίας του Covid-19. | el |
| heal.abstract | The aim of this thesis is to examine and analyze the effects of the economic crisis of recent years on the health of citizens, as well as the changes that have occurred in the National Health System and other health units. Specifically, data concerning theeconomic crisis, its impact on citizens' health and the health system in general are analyzed. Initially, an introduction is made to the concept of health and its connection with the economy. Then, in the second chapter, the causes and effects of the financial crisis on doctors and health care providers, on the health of citizens as well as on groups of citizens hospitalized in hospitals are analyzed in more detail. The third chapter examines the relationship between economy and health, as well as the health system in Greece before the crisis, its weaknesses, but also the effects that the crisis has had on it. At the same time, the effects of the financial crisis on the medical and nursing staff of the hospitals are analyzed in more detail, as well as the effects on the level of social cohesion. It also describes in detail the cost limits, the additional prescription limits, the changes in patient participation and medication and the extent to which drug prices have been affected by the crisis. The fourth chapter examines the new levels of pharmaceutical and hospital spending in the midst of a crisis. Finally, the impact of the economic crisis on the health system is reflected, as was evident during the Covid-19 pandemic. | en |
