| heal.abstract | Η διπλωματική αυτή εργασία με τίτλο «Επιχειρηματικότητα και Καινοτομία στον νομό Πρέβεζας. Έρευνα απόψεων στελεχών διοίκησης» έχει ως αντικείμενο να διερευνήσει τον ρόλο της επιχειρηματικότητας και της καινοτομίας στον νομό Πρέβεζας. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο της εργασίας υλοποιείται η θεωρητική ανάλυση των εννοιών της επιχειρηματικότητας και της καινοτομίας, μέσα από την ανάλυση των ειδών τους, τα κίνητρα που ωθούν κάποιον προς αυτή την κατεύθυνση, καθώς και τους παράγοντες που τις επηρεάζουν. Στη συνέχεια, εξετάζεται ο ρόλος της επιχειρηματικότητας και της καινοτομίας στο νομό Πρέβεζας, βάση στοιχείων του Επιμελητηρίου και με αναφορές σε επιχειρήσεις πρότυπα για τον νομό. Το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο της εργασίας αφορά στην έρευνα πεδίου που πραγματοποιήθηκε σε επιχειρήσεις του νομού Πρέβεζας. Η έρευνα πραγματοποιήθηκε με τη χρήση κατάλληλα διαμορφωμένου ερωτηματολόγιου χωρισμένο σε τρία μέρη: το πρώτο μέρος περιλάμβανε ερωτήσεις για την επιχειρηματικότητα, το δεύτερο μέρος του ερωτηματολογίου αφορούσε την έννοια της καινοτομίας και το τρίτο μέρος περιλάμβανε ερωτήσεις αναφορικά με τα συγκεκριμένα στοιχεία της επιχείρησης για την καλύτερη δυνατή εξαγωγή συμπερασμάτων. | el |
| heal.abstract | This thesis entitled “Entrepreneurship and Innovation in the Prefecture of Preveza. Research of the views of managers” aims to investigate entrepreneurship and innovation in the Prefecture of Preveza. The theoretical analysis of the concepts of entrepreneurship and innovation is introduced in the first chapter of the present thesis by citing their various definitions. Also, the first chapter implements the analysis of their types the motivations that drive someone towards this direction as well as the factors that affect these concepts are presented. Following with references to certain businesses this thesis examines the role of entrepreneurship and innovation in the prefecture of Preveza based on data from Preveza’s Chamber of commerce. The second chapter of this thesis concerns the current field research which was carried out in businesses in the Prefecture of Preveza. The research was conducted using a well-designed questionnaire divided into three parts. The first part includes questions about entrepreneurship. The second part of the questionnaire is about the concept of innovation and the third part includes questions on the specific characteristics of the businesses in order to reach the best possible results. | en |
