| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία αποτελεί μία βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση της θεραπείας των ατόμων εγκεφαλικής παράλυσης με δυσφαγία μέσω της νευροεξελικτικής αγωγής Bobath συνδυαστικά με την νευρομυϊκή περίδεση. Αναλυτικότερα, στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο αναλύεται λεπτομερώς η αιτιολογία, η ταξινόμηση και τα συνοδά προβλήματα της εγκεφαλικής παράλυσης. Το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο αναφέρεται στη δυσφαγία. Συγκεκριμένα, γίνεται ανάλυση της νευροφυσιολογίας της κατάποσης, της κλινικής εικόνας της δυσφαγίας και των αιτιών αυτής. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο, γίνεται αναφορά στην αξιολόγηση και στην θεραπευτική προσέγγιση της δυσφαγίας μέσω της μεθόδου N.D.T. – Bobath. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, αναλύονται το ιατρικό και λογοθεραπευτικό ιστορικό, η κλινική παρατήρηση, η λογοθεραπευτική αλλά και η ιατρική αξιολόγηση μέσω τεχνικών απεικόνισης και μη. Επίσης, δίνονται πληροφορίες για τη μέθοδο Bobath σχετικά με τις βασικές αρχές, τις τεχνικές, το θεραπευτικό σχεδιασμό και την θεραπευτική παρέμβαση μέσω αυτής. Το τέταρτο κεφάλαιο αναλύει την μέθοδο της νευρομυϊκής περίδεσης, τις θεμελιώδεις αρχές, τις ιδιότητες και τα βασικά στοιχεία εφαρμογής της ταινίας καθώς και τις τοποθετήσεις που αφορούν τους λογοθεραπευτές. Στο τελευταίο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζεται το περιστατικό, το θεραπευτικό πρόγραμμα που ακολουθήθηκε και τα αποτελέσματα αυτού. | el |
| heal.abstract | This thesis is a bibliographic review of the treatment of cerebral palsy patients with dysphagia through neurodevelopmental therapy Bobath combined with neuromuscular taping. In more detail, the first chapter analyzes elaborately the etiology, classification and associated problems of cerebral palsy. The second chapter refers to dysphagia. Specifically, the neurophysiology of swallowing, the clinical picture of dysphagia and its causes are analyzed. In the third chapter, the evaluation and therapeutic approach of dysphagia through the N.D.T. – Bobath are mentioned. In particular, medical and speech therapy history, clinical observation, speech therapy and medical evaluation through imaging and non-imaging techniques are analyzed. Furthermore, provides information on the Bobath method about the basic principles, techniques, therapeutic planning and therapeutic intervention through it. The fourth chapter analyzes the neuromuscular taping method, the fundamental principles, the properties and the basic elements of the tape as well as the placements that concerns the speech and language therapists. The last chapter presents the case study, the treatment plan that followed and the results of it. | en |
