| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία μελετά τα βασικά χαρακτηριστικά της αφασίας, δίνοντας κυρίως έμφαση στα σενάρια παρέμβασης σε αφασικούς ασθενείς. Αρχικά επιχειρείται ο ορισμός της διαταραχής, καθώς και τα αίτια από τα οποία προκαλείται. Επίσης παρατίθενται και αναλύονται τα κλινικά αναγνωρισμένα σύνδρομα αφασίας, καθώς και οι μέθοδοι αξιολόγησης αυτών, με σκοπό να δώσει στο λογοθεραπευτή τη δυνατότητα να μελετήσει τις αφασίες ως προς τα συμπτώματα, τα γνωστικά και γλωσσικά ελλείμματα, καθώς και τις άθικτες, από τη βλάβη, λειτουργίες. Στο επόμενο κεφάλαιο δίνεται μεγάλη βαρύτητα στο πλάνο παρέμβασης. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, αναλύονται τόσο οι στόχοι της λογοθεραπευτικής παρέμβασης, όσο και ο ρόλος του λογοθεραπευτή σε αυτή. Η καλή σχέση μεταξύ λογοθεραπευτή και ασθενή αποτελεί αναπόσπαστο κομμάτι μιας αποτελεσματικής παρέμβασης. Στη συνέχεια γίνεται αναφορά στο ρόλο της οικογένειας του ασθενή, η ένταξη της οποίας στο θεραπευτικό πλάνο είναι μείζονος σημασίας. Επιπροσθέτως η τεχνολογία μπορεί να αποτελέσει ένα σημαντικό εργαλείο στα χέρια του λογοθεραπευτή, μέσω της δημιουργίας ποικίλων εφαρμογών τόσο για ηλεκτρονικούς υπολογιστές, όσο και για κινητά τηλέφωνα και tablet. Στο τελευταίο κεφάλαιο της εργασίας αυτής, περιλαμβάνεται υλικό λογοθεραπευτικής παρέμβασης, το οποίο δημιουργήθηκε με στόχο να καλύψει περιοχές της επικοινωνίας και των γνωστικών λειτουργιών, οι οποίες επηρεάζονται συνήθως από τη νευρολογική βλάβη. | el |
| heal.abstract | This undergraduate thesis studies the basic characteristics of aphasia, mainly emphasizing the intervention scenarios on patients who have aphasia. At first the definition of the disorder is attempted as well as its causes. Also clinically recognized aphasia syndromes as well as evaluation methods are listed and analyzed in order to give the speech therapist the opportunity to study aphasia in terms of symptoms, cognitive and linguistic deficits as well as the functions that are intact. In the next chapter great importance is given to intervention plan. More specifically, both the objectives of speech therapy intervention and the role of the speech therapist are analyzed. A good relationship between the speech therapist and the patient is an integral part of effective intervention. Then the role of the patient’s family is mentioned, the inclusion of which in the treatment plan is of major importance. In addition, technology can be an important tool in the hands of a speech therapist by creating variety of applications for computers, mobile phones and tablets. The last chapter of this paper includes intervention material that was created to cover areas of communication and cognitive functions that are usually affected by neurological damage. | en |
