| heal.abstract | Στη παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία γίνεται αναφορά στη νοητική υστέρηση και τη συμβουλευτική γονέων. Συγκεκριμένα, στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο, αναφέρoνται διάφοροι ορισμοί για το τι είναι η νοητική υστέρηση, ποια είναι τα αίτια, η ταξινόμηση τους και τα χαρακτηριστικά των ατόμων για κάθε τύπο νοητικής υστέρησης. Έπειτα περιγράφονται μέτρα για την πρόληψη της νοητικής υστέρησης, η συχνότητα εμφάνισής της και οι τρόποι διάγνωσης. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο, πραγματοποιείται μια εκτεταμένη αναφορά στη Συμβουλευτική Ψυχολογία. Συγκεκριμένα, αναλύονται οι ορισμοί και οι σημαντικότερες θεωρίες της βάσει του μοντέλου ομαδοποίησης του Frey (1972). Στη συνέχεια, παραθέτονται τα είδη της συμβουλευτικής με γνώμονα τη μεθοδολογία που χρησιμοποιείται, τα μέσα και τους χώρους που αυτή πραγματοποιείται. Τέλος, γίνεται αναφορά στον ρόλο του συμβουλευτικού ψυχολόγου σε ένα ευρύ επίπεδο καθώς και τα στάδια της συμβουλευτικής διαδικασίας. Τέλος, το τρίτο και τελευταίο κεφάλαιο επικεντρώνεται στη συναισθηματική κατάσταση των γονέων με παιδιά με νοητική υστέρηση καθώς και την αποτελεσματικότητα συμβουλευτικών παρεμβάσεων στις οικογένειες ατόμων με παιδί με ΝΥ. | el |
| heal.abstract | In this thesis, reference is made to mental retardation and parenting. Specifically, the first chapter provides various definitions of what is mental retardation, what are the causes, their classification and the characteristics of individuals for each type of mental retardation. Next, measures to prevent mental retardation, their incidence, and ways of diagnosis are described. In the second chapter, an extensive reference is made to Counseling Psychology. In particular, its definitions and major theories are analyzed using Frey's (1972) clustering model. Following are the types of counseling based on the methodology used, the means and the places where it is carried out. Finally, reference is made to the role of counseling psychologists at a broad level as well as the stages of the counseling process. Finally, the third and final chapter focuses on the emotional state of parents with mentally retarded children as well as the effectiveness of counseling interventions in the families of people with a child with ID. | en |
