| heal.abstract | Η δυσλεξία, ως ειδική μαθησιακή δυσκολία, αποτελεί μια εφ’ όρου ζωής πρόκληση για το δυσλεξικό άτομο. Ως νευρολογικό, ψυχολογικό και εκπαιδευτικό πρόβλημα, έχει απασχολήσει την επιστημονική κοινότητα για περισσότερο από έναν αιώνα, με το ενδιαφέρον των ερευνητών να επικεντρώνεται κυρίως στην ικανότητες γραφής και ανάγνωσης του δυσλεκτικού παιδιού. Όπως όμως έχουν προτείνει πιο πρόσφατες έρευνες, το δυσλεκτικό άτομο φαίνεται να αντιμετωπίζει δυσκολίες και κατά την εκμάθηση μουσικής, οι οποίες σχετίζονται με κινησιολογικές δεξιότητες, τη χωρική και οπτική του αντίληψη, την ανάγνωση ενός μουσικού κειμένου, καθώς και τη διάκριση στοιχείων όπως η χροιά, ο τόνος και ο ρυθμός. Το πρώτο μέρος της εργασίας αποτελεί μία ανασκόπηση της βιβλιογραφίας πάνω στο θέμα της δυσλεξίας γενικά αλλά και ειδικότερα σε σχέση με το μάθημα της Μουσικής. Στη συνέχεια γίνεται παρουσίαση μίας μικρής κλίμακας έρευνας ποιοτικού χαρακτήρα με τη συμμετοχή τεσσάρων δυσλεκτικών φοιτητών του Τμήματος Μουσικών Σπουδών του Πανεπιστημίου Ιωαννίνων. Σκοπός της εν λόγω έρευνας ήταν να απαντηθούν μέσω συνεντεύξεων, ερωτήματα όπως για παράδειγμα, κατά πόσο η δυσλεξία επηρεάζει ένα άτομο να μάθει μουσική. Επιπλέον, εξαιτίας του δείγματος των συμμετεχόντων, οι οποίοι όλοι τους ήταν σπουδαστές λαϊκής και παραδοσιακής μουσικής, λογικό επακόλουθο ήταν η συζήτηση να επικεντρωθεί στο κατά πόσο η ενασχόληση με τη λαϊκή και παραδοσιακή μουσική, η οποία σε μεγάλο βαθμό χαρακτηρίζεται από το στοιχείο της προφορικότητας, μπορεί να αποτελέσει θετική διέξοδο για έναν δυσλεκτικό μαθητή μουσικής | el |
| heal.abstract | Dyslexia, as a specific learning disability, is a life-long challenge for the dyslexic individual. As a neurological, psychological and educational problem, it has attracted the interest of scientific community for over a century, with researchers focusing primarily on the dyslexic child's writing and reading abilities. However, as recent research has suggested, the dyslexic person also appears to have difficulties in learning music, related to kinesiology, spatial and visual perception, the ability of reading musical, and distinguishing elements such as timbre, tone and rhythm. The first part of the thesis is a review of the literature on the topic of dyslexia in general and more specifically, in relation to the subject of Music. The second parts contains the presentation of a small-scale qualitative research with the participation of four dyslexic students of the Department of Music Studies of the University of Ioannina. The purpose of this research was to answer questions, such as, for example, whether dyslexia affects a person to learn music. In addition, because of the sample of participants, all of whom were students of folk and traditional music, it was logical that the discussion would focus on whether the practice of folk and traditional music, which is largely characterized by the element of orality, can be a positive outlet for a dyslexic music student | el |
