| heal.abstract | Η υποκίνηση είναι μία πολυσύνθετη έννοια η οποία έχει αποτελέσει αντικείμενο μελέτης εδώ και πολλές δεκαετίες. Αντικείμενο της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η υποκίνηση των εργαζομένων στο Δημόσιο Τομέα και συγκεκριμένα στο ΕΦΚΑ Ηπείρου –Λευκάδας. Σκοπός της έρευνας είναι να καταγράψει και να αναλύσει τα σημαντικότερα κίνητρα που θα μπορούσαν να συμβάλλουν στη βελτίωση της απόδοσής τους, καθώς επίσης να εξετάσει την ικανότητα των εργαζομένων να διαχειρίζονται τις αλλαγές. Η παρούσα διπλωματική στοχεύει να μελετήσει το φαινόμενο της παρακίνησης και ειδικότερα να διερευνηθεί ο βαθμός παρακίνησης των εργαζομένων στον ΕΦΚΑ Ηπείρου και Λευκάδας ,να καταγράψει τις απόψεις των εργαζομένων για το ποιά θεωρούν κίνητρα και εμπόδια στην εργασία τους, να αποτυπώσει τις θέσεις των εργαζομένων σχετικά με τα καθήκοντα τους και τις ευκαιρίες στο χώρο εργασίας στις συγκεκριμένες περιοχές και τέλος να εντοπίσει την αξία ενός διοικητικού στελέχους στην παρακίνηση των εργαζομένων αυτών Η μέθοδος της έρευνας που ακολουθήσαμε είναι πρωτογενής με τη χρήση δομημένου ερωτηματολογίου και το δείγμα μας αποτέλεσε όλο το Διοικητικό Προσωπικό των Τοπικών Υποκαταστημάτων Ηπείρου και Λευκάδας. | el |
| heal.abstract | Incitement is a complex concept which has been the subject of a study for many decades. The purpose of this diploma thesis is the stimulation of employees in the public sector and specifically the EFKA of Epirus-Lefkada. The purpose of the research is to record and analyse the most important motives that could contribute to improving their performance, as well as to examine the ability of employees to manage changes. The present thesis aims to study the phenomenon of motivation and in particular to investigate the degree of motivation of employees in the EFKA of Epirus and Lefkada, to record the views of employees on what they consider incentives and obstacles to Work, to capture the positions of the employees on their duties and opportunities in the workplace in these areas and finally to identify the value of an administrative strain in motivating these workers The method of research that we followed is primary with the use of a structured questionnaire and our sample constituted all the administrative staff of the local branches of Epirus and Lefkada.
