| heal.abstract | Η συστηματική παρακολούθηση εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων αποτελεί τον ακρογωνιαίο λίθο για τον εμπλουτισμό των γνώσεων και δεξιοτήτων του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού του δημοσίου τομέα, ώστε να μπορεί να ανταποκριθεί στην αποτελεσματική εξυπηρέτηση των πολιτών. Σκοπός της παρούσης διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι να διερευνηθούν οι απόψεις των Ελλήνων δικαστικών υπαλλήλων για την επιμόρφωση και την εκπαίδευση. Μέσω της θεωρητικής και ερευνητικής προσέγγισης, που ακολουθείται, θα εξετάσουμε και θα παρουσιάσουμε τον τύπο της εισαγωγικής εκπαίδευσης, το πλήθος των επιμορφωτικών-εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων, την ωφέλεια αυτών των προγραμμάτων για τους δικαστικούς υπαλλήλους, τις εκπαιδευτικές τους ανάγκες και άλλα στοιχεία που αφορούν το θέμα αυτό. Η συλλογή των στοιχείων έγινε με τη χρήση ηλεκτρονικού ερωτηματολογίου. Συμμετείχαν συνολικά 335 δικαστικοί υπάλληλοι σε αυτή την έρευνα. Η έρευνα κατέγραψε τις επιλογές των δικαστικών υπαλλήλων ως προς τα αντικείμενα, στα οποία ενδιαφέρονται να επιμορφωθούν. Η εργασία κλείνει με προτάσεις για την οργάνωση εξ αποστάσεως εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων και άλλες προτάσεις που θα μπορούσαν να συμβάλουν στη βελτίωση της προσφοράς της επιμόρφωσης και στην επανεξέταση πιθανών δυσλειτουργιών. | el |
| heal.abstract | Nowadays, more than ever before, Public Administration is called to respond to the political and socio-economic changes, to the challenges of globalization and rapid technological changes. In this changing environment, Public Administration aims at the continuing education and training of its human resources, which play a key role. The systematically participating in educational programs is the cornerstone on enriching knowledge and skills of the human resources of the public sector, so as to be able to respond to the effective citizens service. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the views of the Greek Judicial clerks about the training and education. Through the following theoretical and research approach, we will investigate and present the type of introductory training, the number of training- educational programs, the benefit of these programs for Judicial clerks, their educational needs and other information relating to this issue. The data collection was done using an electronic questionnaire. In total 335 judicial clerks participated in this survey. The survey recorded the clerks’ of the court choices concerning the areas in which they would like to be trained. This thesis ends with proposals for the organization of distance learning educational programs and other suggestions that could help improve training provision and review possible dysfunctions. | en |
