| heal.abstract | Εισαγωγή: Η Ελκώδης Κολίτιδα και η Νόσος Crohn είναι ανίατες χρόνιες παθήσεις του γαστρεντερικού συστήματος, που συχνά αναφέρονται ως Ιδιοπαθείς Φλεγμονώδεις Νόσοι του Εντέρου (ΙΦΝΕ), λόγω των παρόμοιων συμπτωμάτων τους. Ως ΙΦΝΕ ορίζεται η κατάσταση που χαρακτηρίζεται από τάση χρόνιας ή υποτροπιάζουσας ανοσοδιέγερσης και φλεγμονής στο γαστρεντερικό σωλήνα. Δυστυχώς, η αιτία για κάθε μια από τις ΙΦΝΕ δεν έχει αναγνωριστεί, και καμία από αυτές δεν έχει οριστική θεραπεία. Σκοπός: Η ανασκόπηση των σύγχρονων δεδομένων της διεθνούς βιβλιογραφίας σχετικά με τη διερεύνηση της φυσικής πορείας των ΙΦΝΕ, των επιπτώσεων τους στην ποιότητα ζωής των ασθενών, ώστε να καταγραφούν οι νοσηλευτικές παρεμβάσεις που αφορούν την ολιστική φροντίδα των ασθενών με ΙΦΝΕ. Υλικό-Μέθοδος: Πραγματοποιήθηκε συστηματική ανασκόπηση της βιβλιογραφίας στις ηλεκτρονικές βάσεις δεδομένων Pub Med και Google Scholar, και πραγματοποιήθηκε αναζήτηση συγκραμάτων στη βιβλιοθήκη του τμήματος Νοσηλευτικής του Πανεπιστημίου Ιωαννίνων. Κριτήρια ένταξης των άρθρων ήταν η αγγλική γλώσσα, ο ερευνητικός τους σχεδιασμός και η χρονολογική διεξαγωγή της μελέτης. Αποτελέσματα: Τα συμπτώματα της νόσου προκαλούν πολλές δυσκολίες στους ασθενείς, τόσο σε φυσικό όσο και σε ψυχολογικό επίπεδο, ιδιαιτέρα στις περιόδους έξαρσης της νόσου. Ο ρόλος του νοσηλευτή-τριας είναι ουσιώδες στην διαχείριση της νόσου και για τη διατήρηση των περιόδων ύφεσης των ΙΦΝΕ. Συμπεράσματα: Απαιτείται συντονισμένη προσπάθεια για τη φροντίδα των ασθενών που βιώνουν την ποικιλομορφία το χρόνιου αυτού νοσήματος από τους νοσηλευτές-τριες υγείας. | heal.abstract | Background: Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's Disease are incurable chronic gastrointestinal diseases, often referred to as Idiopathic Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD), due to their similar symptoms. As an IBD is the condition characterized by a tendency of chronic or recurrent immunostimulation and inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract. Unfortunately, the cause of each of the IBDs has not been recognized, and none of them have a definitive treatment. Aim: The review of the latest international literature data on the investigation of the physical course of IBD, their impact on the quality of life of patients, in order to record the nursing interventions concerning the holistic care of patients with IBD. Methods: A bibliography was reviewed systematically in the Pub Med and Google Scholar electronic databases and searched for congregations in the Library of the Nursing Department of the University of Ioannina. The criteria for integrating the articles were their English language, the research design and the chronological conduct of the study. Results: Symptoms of the disease cause many difficulties for patients, both physically and psychologically, especially during periods of outbreak of the disease. The role of the nurse is essential in the management of the disease and in the maintenance of the recession periods of IBDs. Conclusions: A concerted effort is needed to care for patients experiencing chronic disease diversity from health care nurses. Key- words: Care, IBD, patients, nurses. | en |
