| heal.abstract | Το υπάρχον σύστημα διεξαγωγής της εξέτασης σε πολλά Εκπαιδευτικά Ιδρύματα, δεν είναι αυτοματοποιημένο. Έτσι μέσω της παρούσας Εφαρμογής, εισάγουμε ένα νέο σύστημα, το οποίο είναι πλήρως μηχανογραφημένο. Ο κύριος στόχος του παρόντος ηλεκτρονικού συστήματος εξέτασης, είναι ότι βοηθά στην διεξαγωγή των εξετάσεων σε οποιονδήποτε αριθμό υποψηφίων τη φορά, με αυτοματοποιημένο τρόπο. Αποθηκεύει την όλη διαδικασία της κάθε εξέτασης με ασφάλεια και καθιστά την αναζήτηση των εγγραφών ευκολότερη και πιο αποτελεσματική. Επίσης είναι σε θέση, να αξιολογήσει αποτελεσματικά τον υποψήφιο σε βάθος και έτσι εξοικονομείται αρκετός χρόνος. Ο διαχειριστής του συστήματος προετοιμάζει τις ερωτήσεις για κάθε εξέταση. Οι υποψήφιοι μπορούν να συνδεθούν μέσω των υπολογιστών σε τοπικό δίκτυο, με τον αριθμό μητρώου τους, που τους έχει δοθεί και μπορούν να λάβουν μέρος στην εξέταση. Οι ερωτήσεις δίδονται με τυχαία σειρά, έτσι ώστε η πιθανότητα, για ερωτήσεις με την ίδια σειρά για τους εξεταζόμενους να είναι μηδαμινή. Ένας χρονομετρητής, παρακολουθεί το χρόνο της εξεταστικής διαδικασίας, και μετά το χρονικό όριο που έχει οριστεί μέσω διαφόρων παραμέτρων του συστήματος, η εξέταση σταματά αυτόματα. Η ανάλυση των αποτελεσμάτων είναι άμεση και γίνεται από το σύστημα με αισθητή εξοικονόμηση χρόνου, και επιπλέον δεν απαιτεί την φυσική παρουσία των καθηγητών, οι οποίοι με το παλιό σύστημα θα έπρεπε να ήταν παρόντες στην εξέταση. | el |
| heal.abstract | The existing testing system in many educational institutions is not automated. Thus, through this app, we are introducing a new system, which is fully computerized. The main objective of this online test system is that it helps to conduct the examinations on any number of candidates at once in an automated manner. It saves the entire process of each exam safely and makes the search for records easier and more efficient. It is also able to effectively evaluate the candidate in depth and thus saves enough time. The system administrator prepares the questions for each exam. Candidates can log in through the computers on a local network with their registry number that they have been given and can take part in the exam. Questions are given in random order so that the probability for questions with the same order for the examiner is nil. A timer monitors the time of the examination process, and after the time limit set by various system parameters, the test automatically stops. The analysis of the results is immediate and is done by the system with considerable time savings, and in addition does not require the physical presence of the teachers, who with the old system should have been present in the examination. | en |
