| heal.abstract | Η συγκεκριμένη πτυχιακή εργασία ασχολείται με το θέμα της Νοητικής Υστέρησης και την λογοθεραπευτική παρέμβαση της. Χαρακτηριστικά, αναλύεται γενικότερα η έννοια της νοητικής υστέρησης και του συνδρόμου Down, καθώς και οι συναισθηματικές επιπτώσεις που παρατηρούνται στα άτομα αυτά και στο περιβάλλον τους. Επίσης, γίνεται αναφορά στη λογοθεραπευτική παρέμβαση, που εφαρμόζεται σε άτομα με νοητική υστέρηση και σύνδρομο Down. Η εργασία αποτελείται από τέσσερα κεφάλαια. Αρχικά, στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο αναλύεται η νοητική υστέρηση. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, παρουσιάζεται ο ορισμός της, τα αίτια που την προκαλούν, η συχνότητα εμφάνισης, τα χαρακτηριστικά γνωρίσματα και η ταξινόμηση αυτών των ατόμων σε ομάδες. Ακόμα, γίνεται αναφορά στο παρελθόν, καθώς και στις μεθόδους διάγνωσης και πρόληψης. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο, περιγράφονται τα σύνδρομα που σχετίζονται με την νοητική υστέρηση και γίνεται εκτενής ανάλυση του συνδρόμου Down. Αναλυτικότερα, επισημαίνονται ο ορισμός, οι τύποι, τα αίτια του συνδρόμου, όπως και η ιστορική αναδρομή, η διάγνωση και τα χαρακτηριστικά του. Το τρίτο κεφάλαιο, περιλαμβάνει τις συναισθηματικές επιδράσεις στο σχολικό, κοινωνικό και οικογενειακό περιβάλλον των παιδιών με νοητική υστέρηση. Όσον αφορά το οικογενειακό περιβάλλον, δίνεται έμφαση στη συναισθηματική κατάσταση, τόσο των γονέων, όσο και των αδερφών. Στο τέταρτο και τελευταίο κεφάλαιο, αναλύεται η λογοθεραπευτική παρέμβαση σε άτομα με νοητική υστέρηση και σύνδρομο Down. Χαρακτηριστικά, αναφέρονται ο ορισμός της λογοθεραπείας και ο ρόλος του λογοθεραπευτή. Περιγράφεται η λογοθεραπευτική παρέμβαση που εφαρμόζεται στα παιδιά αυτά μέσω παραδοσιακών μεθόδων και ψηφιακών μέσων. Τέλος, γίνεται η παρουσίαση ενός πραγματικού περιστατικού με σύνδρομο Down, όπου επισημαίνεται το ιστορικό και το πρόγραμμα θεραπείας που ακολουθήθηκε. | el |
| heal.abstract | This particular diploma thesis deals with the topic of mental retardation and its logotherapeutic intervention. The concepts of mental retardation and the Down syndrome are analyzed, as well as the emotional consequences that are observed in these individuals and their environment. Moreover, logotherapeutic intervention for people with mental retardation and Down syndrome is being referred. This thesis consists of four chapters. First of all, in the first chapter mental retardation is being analyzed. More specifically, its definition, the cases, the frequency of occurrence, the characteristics and classification of these individuals into groups are presented. Reference is also made in the past, as well as the methods of diagnosis and prevention. In the second chapter, the syndromes related to mental retardation are described, while an extensive analysis of Down syndrome is being made. More specifically, the definition, the types, the cases of the syndrome, as well as the historical retrospective, the diagnosis and its features are highlighted The third chapter includes emotional influences on educational, social and family environment of children with mental retardation. With regard to the family environment, emphasis is placed on the emotion state of both parents and siblings. In the fourth and final chapter, the logotherapeutic intervention in people with mental retardation and Down syndrome is being analyzed. More specifically, the definition of speech therapy and the role of the speech therapist are being referred. A description of the logotherapeutic intervention applied to these children using traditional methods and digital means is also made. Finally, an actual Down syndrome case is presented, indicating the history and treatment schedule followed. | en |
