| heal.abstract | Το θέμα της πτυχιακής αυτής εργασίας είναι η έρευνα στον κλάδο των ποτών. Για να πραγματοποιηθεί αυτή η έρευνα μελετήθηκε η ζυθοποιία Mammos και συγκρίθηκε με άλλες εταιρίες του κλάδου. Η εργασία χωρίστηκε σε έξη κεφάλαια. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο μελετάται ο κλάδος της μπύρας όπου εκεί αναφέρεται το πώς διαρθρώνεται και ποια είναι η δομή του κλάδου αλλά και το πώς διαμορφώνεται η αγορά και η ζήτηση της μπύρας. Επίσης δίνεται η swot ανάλυση του κλάδου των ποτών. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται οι ζυθοποιίες Αθηναϊκή στην οποία συγκαταλέγεται η Mammos, Μακεδονίας-Θράκης και Ολυμπιακή ζυθοποιία, οι οποίες και θα συγκριθούν μεταξύ τους για να διαπιστωθεί η πορεία τους στον κλάδο. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο πραγματοποιείται η χρηματοοικονομική ανάλυση της Αθηναϊκής ζυθοποιίας. Συγκεκριμένα μελετώνται οι αριθμοδείκτες ρευστότητας, δραστηριότητας, αποδοτικότητας και διαρθρώσεων κεφαλαίων, οι οποίοι μελετώνται και για τη ζυθοποιία Μακεδονίας-Θράκης αλλά και για την Ολυμπιακή ζυθοποιία, οι οποίες μελετώνται στο τέταρτο και πέμπτο κεφάλαιο αντίστοιχα. Στο έκτο και τελευταίο κεφάλαιο γίνεται σύγκριση των αποτελεσμάτων της χρηματοοικονομικής ανάλυσης και των τριών ζυθοποιών. | el |
| heal.abstract | The theme of this diploma thesis is research in the beverage industry. In order to carry out this research, the Mammos brewery was studied and compared with other companies in the sector. The thesis was divided into six chapters. In the first chapter we study the beer industry, where it mentions how it is structured and what the structure of the sector is and how the market and the demand for beer is shaped. The swot analysis of the beverage industry is also given. In the second chapter are presented the Athenian Breweries, which include Mammos, Macedonia-Thrace and Olympic Brewery, which will be compared to each other in order to determine their course in the sector. The third chapter deals with the financial analysis of the Athenian Brewery. In particular, the liquidity, activity, profitability and capital ratios are studied, which are also studied for the Macedonia-Thrace brewery as well as for the Olympic brewery, which are studied in the fourth and fifth chapters respectively. The sixth and final chapter compares the results of the financial analysis of the three brewers. | en |
