heal.abstractΜε το νοσηλευτικό προσωπικό να αυξάνεται όλο και περισσότερο, οι βασικές νοσηλευτικές διεργασίες είναι αυτές που γίνονται όλο και πιο σημαντικές. Μια εξ' αυτών είναι και η χορήγηση της φαρμακευτικής αγωγής στους ασθενείς από τους νοσηλευτές. Βασικό ερώτημα που προκύπτει είναι το εξής: «είναι σημαντική η συνεισφορά του νοσηλευτή στη βασική χορήγηση των φαρμάκων;» . Στο πρώτο μέρος της εργασίας θα γίνει μία μικρή εισαγωγή στοιχειωδών κανόνων της επιστήμης της Βιοχημείας, που να σχετίζεται άμεσα με τις βασικές αρχές της Φαρμακολογίας. Αργότερα, θα παρουσιαστούν οι βασικές νοσηλευτικές διεργασίες, οι οδοί χορήγησης των φαρμακευτικών προϊόντων, καθώς και τα λάθη που μπορούν να προκύψουν. Επιπρόσθετα, θα αναλυθούν οι βασικές ιατρικές οδηγίες, και πώς ένας νοσηλευτής περνάει από την ιατρική οδηγία στην πράξη, δηλαδή στη χορήγηση του φαρμάκου. Τέλος, θα ακολουθήσουν μερικά συμπεράσματα που έχουν προκύψει από το σύνολο της βιβλιογραφικής ανασκόπησης για το πέρας αυτής της εργασίας.el
heal.abstractWith the nursing staff getting a lot bigger, the basic nursing procedures are the ones getting more and more vital. One of them is the administration of the medical drugs from the nurses to the patients. A basic question that occurs is: «is the nurse’s contribution significant in the basic drug administration? ». At the first part of this paper, there will be a short introduction of the basic rules of the science of Biochemistry, that comes hand in hand with the basic rules of Pharmacology. Later, the basic nursing procedures will be analyzed, such as the ways of drug administration, and the errors that might occur. Moreover, the medical guidelines will be represented, and the process that takes place from the medical guideline, to the drug administration. Finally, some conclusions will be presented that have come to our understanding through the process of writing this paper.en
