| heal.abstract | Στην εργασία αυτή αναλύονται οι βασικές έννοιες που αφορούν την αγορά εργασίας καθώς και τα βασικά χαρακτηριστικά των δομών και μορφών απασχόλησης. Γίνεται αναφορά στους θεσμούς που διέπουν την αγορά εργασίας καθώς και στις ενεργητικές πολιτικές απασχόλησης τόσο γενικότερα όσο και σχετικά με αυτές που εφαρμόζονται στην Ελλάδα. Το μεγαλύτερο ενδιαφέρον την εργασίας εστιάζεται στη δομή της απασχόλησης στην Ήπειρο για την περίοδο 2010-2018. Γίνεται ξεχωριστή ανάλυση για κάθε κλάδο οικονομικής δραστηριότητας σχετικά με την εξέλιξη της απασχόλησης στην περιφέρεια. Η ανάλυση των στοιχείων που συλλέχθηκαν για την περίοδο 2010-2016 δείχνει μία αγορά έντονα επηρεασμένη από τις αρνητικές επιπτώσεις που συσσωρεύτηκαν κατά την περίοδο της κρίσης με τους περισσότερους κλάδους να χάνουν σημαντικό αριθμό θέσεων απασχόλησης. Ωστόσο, παρά τις απώλειες, κλάδοι που θεωρούνταν σημαντικοί για την περιφέρεια αποδείχθηκαν ανθεκτικότεροι διατηρώντας το μερίδιο της απασχόλησης για το εργατικό δυναμικό της περιφέρειας. | el |
| heal.abstract | This study analyses the basic principles regarding the labor market as well as the key characteristics of the employment structure. The study also refers to the institutions under which the labor market is regulated while active labor market policies in general as well as in Greece are also analyzed. The key point of this analysis is the investigation of the employment structure and the evolution in Epirus for the period 2010-2018. Each field of economic activity is separately examined in reference to the evolution of the employment in the region. The data collected for the period 2010-2016 indicate that the labor market is strongly affected by the adverse implications due to the intense economic recession faced by the country and this leaded to a remarkable reduction in the employment for most of the different sectors. However, regardless the losses, some important sectors of the region were found to be more durable as they preserved their share of employment in the periphery. | en |
