In this article we give the codicological description of two manuscripts from Kaimakli, a suburb of Nicosia in Cyprus. The first, a Praxa- postolos, is preserved in the church of St. Barbara. It is a fragment and only 11 folios of the original manuscript survive today. The text is written in bombycine paper (dimensions 240x172 mm.) in two columns and dates from the 14th century. The part of the manuscript which survived in Cyprus contains letters of St. Paul. It is argued that the script of this manuscript is similar to a menaion of June, now in the collection of the Biblioteca Apostolica Vaticana (i.e. Vatic. Gr. 2308), which was in Cyprus until the late 19th century. The second manuscript described here is an Euchologion coming from a private collection in Kaimakli and dated in the 17th century. This manuscript written also on paper (dimensions 200 x 140 mm. ff. 151 lacunae) can be added to the other Cypriot Euchologia known so far: a) MS of the collection of the Archbishop of Cyprus No 67 (14th- 15th cent.) b) Athos, Laura Θ 91 (A.D. 1536) c) Vatic. Barber. Gr. 390 (A.D. 1575) d) Sinait. Gr. 989 (16th cent.) e) MS of the collection of the Istorike and Ethnologike Elaireia in Athens No 259 (16th cent.) f) Athos, Pantokrator 82 (A.D. 1685). g) MS of the Monastery of St. Neophytos No 9 (17th cent.). A comparative study of these Euchologia will undoubtedly give very interesting results.-
