| heal.abstract | Σκοπός της έρευνας είναι η διακρίβωση των εμφανών και λανθανουσών λειτουργιών που οι εικόνες επιτελούν στα σχολικά εγχειρίδια Ιστορίας. Το ερευνητικό υλικό συγκροτούν περίπου 4.500 εικόνες και τα συναφή με αυτές κείμενα. Στην ανάλυση χρησιμοποιήθηκε μια πρωτότυπη μέθοδος, η οποία στηρίζεται στις γενικές αρχές της ανάλυσης περιεχομένου και συνδυάζει ποσοτικά και ποιοτικά κριτήρια. Με βάση αυτήν αντιμετωπίστηκε η εικόνα ως δομική σύνθεση τριών λειτουργιών, της διδακτικής, της ιδεολογικής και της αισθητικής. Σε καθεμιά από τις παραπάνω λειτουργίες έγιναν επιμέρους υποδιαιρέσεις. Στη διατριβή συμπεριλήφθηκαν κεφάλαια σχετικά με τα αναλυτικά προγράμματα και τα σχολικά εγχειρίδια της Ιστορίας της περιόδου 1950-2000 στην Ελλάδα, καθώς και με τη θέση της Ιστορίας της Τέχνης σε αυτά. Η έρευνα κατέληξε σε ένα πλήθος συμπερασμάτων που έχουν να κάνουν με τη διδακτική αξία και αποτελεσματικότητα της εικονογράφησης, τις οπτικές αντιλήψεις για το ιστορικό παρελθόν, την ιδεολογική και φρονηματιστική χρήση των εικόνων και τα αισθητικά κριτήρια και πρότυπα που προβάλλονται. | el |
| heal.abstract | The aim of this research is to detect the apparent and the hidden functions that the pictures perform in the History textbooks. The material of this research is roughly constituted by 4500 pistures and the relevant to them texts. In the analysis, an original method was used which is based on the general principles of content analysis and combines quantitative and qualitative criteria. According to this, the picture was faced as a structural composition of three functions, didactic, ideological and aesthetic. In each one of the above, further divisions were made. In the thesis, chapters relevant to the curricula and the History textbooks of the period 1950 - 2000 in Greece were included, as well as to the role of History of Art. The research led up to a number of conclusions that have to do with the instructive value and the effectiveness of illustration, the visual perceptions of the past, the ideological use of pictures and the aesthetic criteria and models that are demonstrated. | en |
