| heal.abstract | Η διπλωματική εργασία προτείνει την επανενεργοποίηση του πρώην εργοστασίου επεξεργασίας λυκίσκου της FIX στον Κατσικά Ιωαννίνων, συνδέοντας τη βιομηχανική μνήμη του τόπου με την καλλιέργεια και τη συλλογική χρήση της γης. Το υφιστάμενο εργοστάσιο, οι νέοι χώροι κατοίκησης, εκπαίδευσης, αγοράς και εστίασης, καθώς και οι καλλιέργειες και οι δημόσιες διαδρομές, συγκροτούν ένα ενιαίο παραγωγικό τοπίο. Με αφετηρία τις αρχές της μελέτης του Τάκη Ζενέτου και σε διάλογο με την υλικότητα του κτιρίου που κατασκευάστηκε, η πρόταση οργανώνει έναν ανοιχτό τόπο παραγωγής, συνάντησης και ανταλλαγής για διαφορετικές κοινότητες της περιοχής. | el |
| heal.abstract | The thesis proposes the reactivation of the former FIX hop-processing factory in Katsikas, Ioannina, connecting the site’s industrial heritage with cultivation and the collective use of land. The existing factory, new spaces for living, learning, commerce and dining, together with cultivated areas and public pathways, form an integrated productive landscape. Drawing on the principles of Takis Zenetos’s design and engaging with the material character of the building as constructed, the proposal creates an open setting for production, encounter and exchange among the area’s diverse communities. | |
