| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία πραγματεύεται την πρώιμη λογοθεραπευτική παρέμβαση σε ενήλικες με αφασία, με κύριο άξονα την εμφάνιση αφασικών διαταραχών μετά από αγγειακό εγκεφαλικό επεισόδιο και την αποκατάστασή τους κατά το οξύ και υποξύ στάδιο. Αναλύονται βασικές θεραπευτικές προσεγγίσεις στην πρώιμη αφασία, όπως η stimulation approach, η supported communication, η functional communication και η εκπαίδευση της οικογένειας, με έμφαση όχι μόνο στην αποκατάσταση των γλωσσικών ελλειμμάτων, αλλά και στη βελτίωση της λειτουργικής επικοινωνίας και της καθημερινής συμμετοχής του ασθενούς. Ειδικός στόχος της εργασίας είναι η παρουσίαση και αξιολόγηση ερευνητικών δεδομένων και δειγμάτων ενηλίκων με αφασία, στους οποίους εφαρμόστηκαν λογοθεραπευτικές παρεμβάσεις από τις πρώτες δύο εβδομάδες έως και τους έξι μήνες μετά το εγκεφαλικό επεισόδιο, ώστε να διερευνηθεί κατά πόσο η πρώιμη, εξατομικευμένη και επιστημονικά τεκμηριωμένη παρέμβαση μπορεί να συμβάλει ουσιαστικά στη γλωσσική αποκατάσταση, στην επικοινωνιακή αυτονομία, στην ψυχοκοινωνική προσαρμογή και στη συνολική ποιότητα ζωής των ατόμων με αφασία. | el |
| heal.abstract | This undergraduate thesis examines early speech and language therapy intervention in adults with aphasia, focusing primarily on aphasic disorders following stroke and their rehabilitation during the acute and subacute stages. It analyses key therapeutic approaches used in early aphasia rehabilitation, including the stimulation approach, supported communication, functional communication, and family education. Particular emphasis is placed not only on the restoration of language impairments, but also on improving functional communication and the patient’s participation in everyday life. A specific aim of this thesis is to present and evaluate research findings and clinical samples of adults with aphasia who received speech and language therapy interventions from the first two weeks up to six months after stroke. In this way, the study investigates the extent to which early, individualised, and evidence-based intervention can contribute meaningfully to language recovery, communicative independence, psychosocial adjustment, and the overall quality of life of individuals with aphasia. | en |
