| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία αποτελεί μία ανασκόπηση χαρτογράφησης (scoping review) με σκοπό τη διερεύνηση και χαρτογράφηση των αφηγηματικών ικανοτήτων των παιδιών ηλικίας 3-18 ετών με Αναπτυξιακή Γλωσσική Διαταραχή (ΑΓΔ) και την καταγραφή των διαθέσιμων αφηγηματικών παρεμβάσεων και της αποτελεσματικότητας τους. Η βιβλιογραφική αναζήτηση πραγματοποιήθηκε στις βάσεις δεδομένων PubMed, Scopus και Eric, με χρονικό περιορισμό την περίοδο 2017-2026, και ακολουθήθηκαν οι βασικές αρχές του PRISMA-ScR. Μετά την εφαρμογή των κριτηρίων ένταξης και αποκλεισμού συμπεριλήφθηκαν συνολικά 29 μελέτες, από τις οποίες 25 αφορούσαν την αξιολόγηση των αφηγηματικών ικανοτήτων των παιδιών με ΑΓΔ και 4 αφορούσαν τις αφηγηματικές παρεμβάσεις που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν. Τα αποτελέσματα έδειξαν ότι τα παιδιά με ΑΓΔ παρουσιάζουν σημαντικές δυσκολίες τόσο στην μικροδομή όσο και στην μακροδομή σε σχέση με τους συνομήλικους τυπικής ανάπτυξης. Επιπλέον, η αφηγηματική παρέμβαση μέσω σύγχρονων μεθόδων, όπως τα προγράμματα The Oral Narrative Language Intervention Program (ONLIP), Supporting Knowledge in Language and Literacy (SKILL) και Response to Intervention (RIT), κατέδειξε σημαντικά αποτελέσματα στη βελτίωση της μικροδομής και της μακροδομής. Συμπερασματικά, η συστηματική αξιολόγηση της μικροδομής και της μακροδομής της αφήγησης αποτελεί σημαντικό μέρος της γλωσσικής αξιολόγησης και μπορεί να συμβάλλει στον σχεδιασμό κατάλληλων και εξατομικευμένων λογοθεραπευτικών παρεμβάσεων. | el |
| heal.abstract | This scoping review aimed to investigate and map the narrative abilities of children aged 3–18 years with Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) and to document the available narrative interventions and their effectiveness for this child population. The literature search was conducted in PubMed, Scopus, and ERIC databases, with a publication date restriction covering the period from 2017 to 2026, and the main principles of PRISMA-ScR were followed. Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 29 studies were included, 25 of which assessed the narrative abilities of children with DLD, and 4 assessed the effectiveness of the narrative interventions employed. The results showed that children with DLD experienced significant difficulties in both microstructure and macrostructure compared with their typically developing peers. Furthermore, narrative interventions such as The Oral Narrative Language Intervention Program (ONLIP), Supporting Knowledge in Language and Literacy (SKILL) and Response to Intervention (RIT) programs demonstrated significant improvements in both microstructure and macrostructure of narrative skills of children with DLD. In conclusion, the systematic assessment of narrative microstructure and macrostructure constitutes an important component of language assessment and may contribute to the design of appropriate and individualized speech and language therapy interventions. | en |
