| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία εκπονεί ένα ολοκληρωμένο επιχειρηματικό σχέδιο (business plan) για την ίδρυση νεοσύστατης μονάδας ζυθοποιίας στον δευτερογενή τομέα της ελληνικής οικονομίας, με την επωνυμία DAZSK Ε.Π.Ε. και τον διακριτικό τίτλο «Ηπειρωτική Ζυθοποιία», με έδρα τη Βιομηχανική Περιοχή Ελεούσας Ιωαννίνων. Πρωταρχικός σκοπός του σχεδίου είναι η τεκμηρίωση αιτήματος τραπεζικής χρηματοδότησης ύψους 250.000 €. Η εργασία διαρθρώνεται σε δύο μέρη: ένα θεωρητικό, στο οποίο αναπτύσσονται η έννοια της επιχειρηματικότητας, ο ρόλος και η δομή του επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου, τα εργαλεία στρατηγικής ανάλυσης και η φυσιογνωμία του κλάδου της ζυθοποιίας· και ένα εφαρμοσμένο, στο οποίο αναπτύσσονται διαδοχικά η επιχειρηματική ιδέα, η ανάλυση αγοράς, η οργανωτική δομή, το σχέδιο μάρκετινγκ, η παραγωγική διαδικασία, η ανάλυση SWOT και η χρηματοοικονομική αξιολόγηση της επένδυσης. Από την ανάλυση προκύπτει ότι η επένδυση εμφανίζεται βιώσιμη και κερδοφόρα, με δυνατότητα πλήρους αποπληρωμής του δανείου εντός της πενταετίας και τάση αυτοχρηματοδότησης. | el |
| heal.abstract | This dissertation develops a comprehensive business plan for the establishment of a start-up brewery in the secondary sector of the Greek economy, operating under the name DAZSK Ltd and the trade name “Epirus Brewery”, located in the Eleousa Industrial Area of Ioannina. The primary purpose of the plan is to support an application for bank financing of EUR 250,000. The study is organised in two parts. The theoretical part addresses the concept of entrepreneurship, the role and structure of a business plan, the principal tools of strategic analysis, and the profile of the brewing industry. The applied part presents, in turn, the business idea, the market analysis, the organisational structure, the marketing plan, the production process, the SWOT analysis and the financial appraisal of the investment.
