| heal.abstract | Στην σύγχρονή οικονομία, ο διεθνής ανταγωνισμός, οι αυξημένες απαιτήσεις των πελατών, το ηλεκτρονικόεμπόριο και η πολυπλοκότητα των σημερινών συστημάτων εφοδιασμού είναι οι σύγχρονες τάσεις που επιτάσσουν την ενσωμάτωση της τεχνολογίας στην εφοδιαστική αλυσίδα. Η τεχνολογική εξέλιξη έχει καταλυτικό ρόλο στην λειτουργία της εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας, δημιουργεί ανταγωνιστικό πλεονέκτημα σε όλες τις επιχειρήσεις αλλά προσδίδει προστιθέμενη αξία στις υπηρεσίες και προϊόντα που προσφέρει στους πελάτες. Ο Αγροδιατροφικός τομέας καλύπτει ένα ευρύ φάσμα δραστηριοτήτων από τον πρωτογενή τομέα, τη μεταποίηση των αγροτικώνπροϊόντων, τη διανομή και εμπορία αυτών και καταλήγοντας στην κατανάλωση. Οπότε οι εφοδιαστικές αλυσίδες τόσο των νωπών αγροτικών προϊόντων όσο και των επεξεργασμένων εμπορευμάτων που διατίθενται στην αγορά έχουν σημαντικό ρόλο. Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας, είναι να αναφερθεί στο τρόπο που οι επιχειρήσεις θαδιαχειριστούν την εφοδιαστική αλυσίδα στον αγροδιατροφικό τομέα για να πετύχουν το καλύτερο δυνατό αποτέλεσμα προς όφελος τους. Επιχειρηματικές στρατηγικές και πρακτικέςκαινοτομιών που χρησιμοποιούνται στον αγροδιατροφικό τομέα τόσο στην εγχώρια αλλά και στην παγκόσμια αγορά αλλά και προτάσεις βελτίωσης. Τέλος η διαρκώς αυξανόμενη παγκοσμιοποίηση της οικονομίας προκαλεί παράλληλα μεγαλύτερη εξάρτηση της σύγχρονης ζωής από τις αλυσίδες εφοδιασμού και τα συστήματα εμπορευματικών μεταφορών για τη διακίνηση των πρώτων υλών, καθώς και προϊόντων. Με βάση αυτή παραδοχή προκύπτει πως κάθε βελτίωση της εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας θα συμβάλλει καθοριστικά στην ανάπτυξη της αγροτική παραγωγής. | el |
| heal.abstract | In the modern economy, international competition, increased customer demands, e-commerce and the complexity of today's supply systems are the modern trends that require the integration of technology in the supply chain. Technological development has a catalytic role in the operation of the supply chain, creating a competitive advantage for all businesses but also adding value to the services and products it offers to customers. The Agri-food sector covers a wide range of activities from the primary sector, the processing of agricultural products, the distribution and marketing of these and ending with consumption. Therefore, the supply chains of both fresh agricultural products and processed goods available on the market have an important role. The purpose of this paper is to refer to the way in which businesses will manage the supply chain in the agri-food sector to achieve the best possible result for their benefit. Business strategies and practices of innovations used in the agri-food sector both in the domestic and global markets as well as suggestions for improvement. Finally, the ever-increasing globalization of the economy is causing a greater dependence of modern life on supply chains and freight transport systems for the movement of raw materials and products. Based on this assumption, it follows that any improvement in the supply chain will contribute decisively to the development of agricultural production. | en |
