| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία εξετάζει την έννοια της καινοτομίας και της επιχειρηματικότητας στην περιοχή των Ιωαννίνων, εστιάζοντας στις απόψεις και τις εμπειρίες των τοπικών επιχειρηματιών. Μέσω πρωτογενούς έρευνας που πραγματοποιήθηκε με τη χρήση δομημένου ερωτηματολογίου, αποτυπώνονται οι βασικοί παράγοντες που επηρεάζουν την επιχειρηματική δραστηριότητα, θυγατρικά εμπόδια και κίνητρα, καθώς και ο ρόλος της καινοτομίας στην ανταγωνιστικότητα των επιχειρήσεων. Τα αποτελέσματα αναδεικνύουν τη σημασία της χρηματοδότησης, της ψηφιακής ωρίμανσης, της συνεργασίας με φορείς γνώσης και της πρόσβασης σε αγορές, ενώ παράλληλα καταγράφονται προτάσεις για την ενίσχυση του τοπικού επιχειρηματικού οικοσυστήματος. Η μελέτη συμβάλλει στην κατανόηση των προοπτικών ανάπτυξης της επιχειρηματικότητας στα Ιωάννινα και παρέχει κατευθύνσεις για μελλοντικές παρεμβάσεις. | el |
| heal.abstract | This undergraduate thesis examines the concepts of innovation and entrepreneurship in the region of Ioannina, focusing on the views and experiences of local entrepreneurs. Through primary research conducted using a structured questionnaire, the study identifies the key factors influencing entrepreneurial activity, related barriers and incentives, as well as the role of innovation in enhancing business competitiveness. The findings highlight the importance of financing, digital maturity, collaboration with knowledge institutions, and access to markets, while also presenting proposals aimed at strengthening the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.
