| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία διερευνά την επιχειρηματικότητα και την καινοτομία στον αγροτικό τομέα της περιοχής του Αγρινίου, αναδεικνύοντας τον ρόλο τους ως βασικών παραγόντων ανταγωνιστικότητας και βιώσιμης ανάπτυξης. Σκοπός της έρευνας είναι η αποτύπωση των παραγόντων που ενισχύουν ή παρεμποδίζουν την επιχειρηματική και καινοτόμο δραστηριότητα, καθώς και η ανάλυση της σχέσης μεταξύ πιστοποίησης ποιότητας και αντιλαμβανόμενων εμποδίων στην καινοτομία. Η μεθοδολογία που ακολουθήθηκε είναι ποσοτική, με τη χρήση δομημένου ερωτηματολογίου κλειστού τύπου (κλίμακα Likert πέντε βαθμίδων). Το δείγμα αποτέλεσαν 30 επιχειρηματίες του αγροτικού τομέα και συναφών δραστηριοτήτων της περιοχής, οι οποίοι επιλέχθηκαν με βολική δειγματοληψία. Η συλλογή των δεδομένων πραγματοποιήθηκε μέσω ηλεκτρονικής πλατφόρμας και η στατιστική ανάλυση έγινε με το λογισμικό SPSS (έκδοση 25), αξιοποιώντας περιγραφική και επαγωγική στατιστική (ANOVA και t-test). Τα αποτελέσματα δείχνουν ότι η οικονομική κρίση, η γραφειοκρατία και η περιορισμένη ρευστότητα αποτελούν βασικά εμπόδια στην επιχειρηματικότητα, ενώ η έλλειψη πληροφόρησης για τις ανάγκες των πελατών και το υψηλό κόστος καινοτομίας συνιστούν κύριες δυσκολίες στην καινοτομική δραστηριότητα. Παράλληλα, οι υλικοτεχνικές υποδομές, το μορφωτικό επίπεδο των στελεχών και οι συνεργασίες ενισχύουν σημαντικά την καινοτομία. Οι επιχειρήσεις που εφαρμόζουν καινοτόμες πρακτικές εμφανίζουν βελτιωμένη ευελιξία, διείσδυση σε νέες αγορές και αναβάθμιση ποιότητας προϊόντων. Συμπερασματικά, η καινοτομία αναδεικνύεται ως κρίσιμος μοχλός ανάπτυξης για τον αγροτικό τομέα του Αγρινίου, με έμφαση στην ανάγκη ενίσχυσης της πληροφόρησης, της χρηματοδότησης και της ποιότητας, ώστε να ενδυναμωθεί η τοπική επιχειρηματική δραστηριότητα | el |
| heal.abstract | This study investigates entrepreneurship and innovation in the agricultural sector of the Agrinio region, highlighting their role as key drivers of competitiveness and sustainable development. The main objective is to identify the factors that promote or hinder entrepreneurial and innovative activity, as well as to examine the relationship between quality certification and the perceived barriers to innovation. A quantitative research approach was adopted using a structured, closed-ended questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale. The sample consisted of 30 entrepreneurs operating in the agricultural sector and related activities in the wider area, selected through convenience sampling. Data were collected via an online platform and analyzed using SPSS (version 25), applying both descriptive and inferential statistical methods (ANOVA and t-test). The findings indicate that the economic crisis, bureaucracy, and limited liquidity constitute major obstacles to entrepreneurship, while lack of information about customer needs and the high cost of innovation represent the main difficulties in innovative activity. At the same time, adequate infrastructure, the educational level of executives, and cooperation with other firms significantly enhance innovation. Firms that adopt innovative practices report increased flexibility, entry into new markets, and improvement in the quality of their products and services. Overall, innovation emerges as a crucial growth driver for the agricultural sector in the Agrinio region.
