| heal.abstract | Ο σκοπός της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η παρουσίαση και ανάλυση των μεθόδων αξιολόγησης επενδύσεων, καθώς και η διερεύνηση της διαδικασίας σύνταξης ενός ολοκληρωμένου επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου. Η εργασία αποσκοπεί στη συστηματική προσέγγιση των βασικών θεωρητικών εννοιών που σχετίζονται με τις επενδύσεις, τα χρηματοοικονομικά και την επιχειρηματική ανάπτυξη, παρέχοντας το απαραίτητο υπόβαθρο για την εις βάθος κατανόηση των ζητημάτων που εξετάζονται στη συνέχεια. Αρχικά, γίνεται εκτενής αναφορά σε θεμελιώδεις έννοιες της επενδυτικής θεωρίας και της οικονομικής ανάλυσης, οι οποίες αποτελούν τη βάση για την ορθή αξιολόγηση ενός επενδυτικού εγχειρήματος. Στη συνέχεια, αναλύονται διεξοδικά οι κυριότερες μέθοδοι αξιολόγησης επενδύσεων —όπως η Καθαρή Παρούσα Αξία (NPV), ο Εσωτερικός Βαθμός Απόδοσης (IRR), η Περίοδος Επανείσπραξης (Payback Period) και άλλοι δείκτες αποδοτικότητας— ενώ παράλληλα εξετάζονται οι κίνδυνοι και οι αβεβαιότητες που συνοδεύουν κάθε επενδυτική απόφαση. Κατά την πορεία της ανάλυσης, δίνεται ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στην επιχειρησιακή και οικονομικοτεχνική μελέτη ενός επενδυτικού σχεδίου. Παρουσιάζεται η μεθοδολογία εκπόνησης οικονομικοτεχνικών μελετών, με στόχο την ορθολογική εκτίμηση της βιωσιμότητας και της αποδοτικότητας μιας επένδυσης, μέσα από τη διερεύνηση οικονομικών, τεχνικών και επιχειρησιακών παραμέτρων. Τέλος, η εργασία εστιάζει στη χρηματοδότηση των επενδύσεων, εξετάζοντας τις διαθέσιμες πηγές και μηχανισμούς χρηματοδότησης, τόσο σε εθνικό όσο και σε ευρωπαϊκό επίπεδο. Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά γίνεται στην τρέχουσα οικονομική πραγματικότητα της Ελλάδας, στις ευκαιρίες και προκλήσεις που αντιμετωπίζουν οι επενδυτές, καθώς και στο ρόλο των θεσμικών πλαισίων και των χρηματοδοτικών εργαλείων στην ενίσχυση της επιχειρηματικότητας και της αναπτυξιακής δυναμικής της χώρας. Με αυτόν τον τρόπο, η εργασία φιλοδοξεί να αποτελέσει ένα ολοκληρωμένο εγχειρίδιο θεωρητικής και πρακτικής προσέγγισης της διαδικασίας αξιολόγησης και viii σχεδιασμού επενδύσεων, συνδυάζοντας επιστημονική τεκμηρίωση με εφαρμοσμένη ανάλυση της ελληνικής οικονομικής πραγματικότητας. | el |
| heal.abstract | The purpose of this thesis is to present and analyze investment evaluation methods, as well as to investigate the process of writing a comprehensive business plan. The work aims to systematically approach the basic theoretical concepts related to investments, finance and business development, providing the necessary background for an in-depth understanding of the issues examined below. Initially, an extensive reference is made to fundamental concepts of investment theory and economic analysis, which form the basis for the correct evaluation of an investment project. Subsequently, the main investment evaluation methods —such as the Net Present Value (NPV), the Internal Rate of Return (IRR), the Payback Period and other efficiency indicators— are thoroughly analyzed, while at the same time the risks and uncertainties that accompany every investment decision are examined. During the course of the analysis, special emphasis is placed on the operational and financial and technical study of an investment plan. The methodology for preparing financial and technical studies is presented, with the aim of rationally assessing the viability and profitability of an investment, through the investigation of financial, technical and operational parameters. Finally, the work focuses on the financing of investments, examining the available sources and financing mechanisms, both at national and European level. Particular reference is made to the current economic reality of Greece, the opportunities and challenges faced by investors, as well as the role of institutional frameworks and financial tools in strengthening entrepreneurship and the country's development potential. In this way, the work aspires to constitute a comprehensive manual of theoretical and practical approach to the process of evaluating and planning investments, combining scientific documentation with applied analysis of the Greek economic reality. | en |
