| heal.abstract | Για τη σύσταση μιας μικρής επιχείρησης στην Ελλάδα απαιτείται καλή γνώση των νομικών, φορολογικών και ασφαλιστικών διατάξεων. Το έγγραφο περιέλαβε μια συζήτηση σχετικά με τις νομικές μορφές των επιχειρήσεων, τις διαδικασίες εγκατάστασης, τις φορολογικές και ασφαλιστικές υποχρεώσεις και άλλες παραρυθμιστικές απαιτήσεις στις οποίες πρέπει να ανταποκριθούν οι επιχειρήσεις. Υπογραμμίζει μέσω ανάλυσης ορισμένων θεσμικών δομών τα μεγάλα προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίζουν οι νέοι επιχειρηματίες -γραφειοκρατία, φορολογική αστάθεια και δυσκολία εξεύρεσης χρηματοδότησης- και ταυτόχρονα παρέχει μέτρα που μπορούν να βελτιώσουν το επιχειρηματικό κλίμα μέσω της απλοποίησης των διαδικασιών και της μείωσης του κόστους συμμόρφωσης που τονίζεται στην ψηφιακή καινοτομία. | heal.abstract | The establishment of a small business in Greece is a complex process that requires a thorough understanding of the legal, tax, and social security framework. This study examines the legal forms of businesses, the procedures for establishment, the tax and insurance obligations, as well as other regulatory requirements that enterprises must comply with. Through an analysis of the institutional environment, the main challenges faced by new entrepreneurs are highlighted, including bureaucracy, tax instability, and limited access to finance. Furthermore, measures are proposed to improve the business climate, with emphasis on process simplification, reduction of compliance costs, and strengthening of digital innovation. The aim is to present a comprehensive overview of how small businesses can achieve sustainability and competitiveness in today’s Greek and international environment. | en |
