| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία αποτελεί συστηματική βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση που στοχεύει στη διερεύνηση και σύνθεση της διεθνούς βιβλιογραφίας αναφορικά με την έννοια της αυτορρύθμισης σε μαθητές σχολικής ηλικίας με Διαταραχή Αυτιστικού Φάσματος (ΔΑΦ). Κύριο αντικείμενο μελέτης αποτέλεσε η έκφραση της αυτορρύθμισης αναφορικά με τη ρύθμιση της συμπεριφοράς και των συναισθημάτων, σε συνάρτηση με βασικές γνωστικές διεργασίες, όπως, η αντίληψη, η μνήμη και η προσοχή. Παράλληλα, εξετάστηκε πως οι στρατηγικές αυτές ενισχύουν την ανάπτυξη ανεξάρτητων δεξιοτήτων. Τέλος, διερευνήθηκε ο ρόλος των ψηφιακών εργαλείων στην υποστήριξη των διαδικασιών αυτών. Μέθοδος: Αναζητώντας βιβλιογραφίες σε πέντε βάσεις δεδομένων, όπως: PubMed, Google Scholar, SAGE Journals, Taylor & Francis Online Library και American Psycological Association PsyNet, κατά το διάστημα 2016 έως το 2026. Όλη η διαδικασία επιλογής των κατάλληλων άρθρων αποτυπώθηκε μέσω του PRISMA 2020 Flow Diagram for New Systematic Reviews, ενώ η ποιοτική αξιολόγηση των άρθρων που επιλέχθηκαν έγινε με το Quality Assessment Tool for Observation Cohort and Cross-Sectional Studies. Για την διαμόρφωση των ερευνητικών ερωτημάτων και τον καθορισμό των κριτηρίων αναζήτησης χρησιμοποιήθηκε το μοντέλο PICO (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome). Αποτελέσματα: Aνακτήθηκαν 203 δημοσιευμένες έρευνες, οι οποίες κρίθηκαν συναφείς με το συγκεκριμένο θέμα. Από αυτές, οι 7 ικανοποιούσαν τα κριτήρια εισαγωγής που είχαν τεθεί εξ’ αρχής στην παρούσα μελέτη. Έξι έρευνες αφορούν την ρύθμιση της συμπεριφοράς ή και των συναισθημάτων, ενώ δύο εξ αυτών περιλαμβάνουν στρατηγικές παρέμβασης βασισμένες στην ενισχυτική τεχνολογία. Μια έρευνα επικεντρώνεται στην ανάπτυξη των ανεξάρτητων δεξιοτήτων. Συμπέρασμα: Συνολικά, τα ευρήματα της παρούσας ανασκόπησης καταδεικνύουν ότι η ενίσχυση της αυτορρύθμισης και της λειτουργικής ανεξαρτησίας παιδιών με ΔΑΦ προϋποθέτει πολυπαραγοντικές και εξατομικευμένες παρεμβάσεις, ενώ καθίσταται αναγκαία η περαιτέρω έρευνα για τη διερεύνηση της μακροπρόθεσμης αποτελεσματικότητας και της γενίκευσής τους. | el |
| heal.abstract | This present study constitutes a systematic literature review aiming to investigate and synthesize the international research concerning the concept of self-regulation in school-aged students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The primary focus was the manifestation of self-regulation in relation to behavioral and emotional regulation, in conjuction with core cognitive processes such as perception, memory and attention. Additionally, the review examined how these strategies contribute to the development of independent skills. Finally, the role of digital tools in supporting these processes was explored. Method: A systematic search of the literature was conducted across five electronic databases: PubMed, Google Scholar, SAGE Journals, Taylor & Francis Online Library, and the American Psychological Association PsycNet, covering publications from 2016 to 2026. The study selection process was documented using the PRISMA 2020 Flow Diagram for New Systematic Reviews, while the methodological quality of the included studies was evaluated using the Quality Assessment Tool for Observational Cohort and Cross-Sectional Studies. The PICO framework (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome) was employed to formulate the research questions and define the search and inclusion criteria. Results: A total of 203 published studies relevant to the research topic were initially identified. Of these, seven met the predefined inclusion criteria and were ultimately included in the review. Six studies focused on behavioral and/or emotional regulation, while two of these incorporated intervention strategies based on assistive technology. One study specifically addressed the development of independent skills. Conclusion: Overall, the findings of the present review highlight that the enhancement of self-regulation and functional independence in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder requires multifactorial and individualized interventions, while further research is deemed necessary to investigate their long-term effectiveness and generalization. | en |
