| heal.abstract | Ο σκοπός της παρούσας μελέτης είναι η διαμόρφωση ενός πλαισίου κατευθύνσεων για την ουσιαστική προστασία και αναβάθμιση της αρχιτεκτονικής των διατηρητέων κτιρίων- μνημείων σύμφωνα με τις προσταγές τις σημερινής κλιματολογικής και κοινωνικής κατάστασης. Μέσα από τη βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση, αναλύονται δύο φαινομενικά διαφορετικές αλλά αλληλένδετες πτυχές της αρχιτεκτονικής: η κτισμένη πολιτιστική κληρονομιά και ο ενεργειακός σχεδιασμός. Αρχικά, εξετάζεται η σημασία της πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς ως κοινωνικό και οικονομικό κεφάλαιο, καθώς και το νομοθετικό πλαίσιο που διέπει τα διατηρητέα κτίρια. Συγκεκριμένα, αναλύεται το περιεχόμενο κυρίως των Νόμων 3028/2002 (ΥΠΠΟ) και 2831/2000 (ΥΠΕΧΩΔΕ),κυρίως οι διατάξεις που αναφέρονται στα κτίρια τα διατηρητέα και αυτά προς διατήρηση. Όπως αναφέρθηκε και προηγουμένως, στόχος επίσης είναι η μελέτη της εξοικονόμησης ενέργειας στον κτιριολογικό τομέα και συγκεκριμένα η συνεισφορά της λειτουργίας του κελύφους τόσο σε συμβατικά κτίρια όσο και σε κτίρια ιστορικής και αρχιτεκτονικής αξίας. Για αυτό το λόγο στο πρώτο σκέλος της μελέτης αυτής παρουσιάζονται οι σύγχρονες ανάγκες αλλά και οι μεθοδολογίες που διέπουν τον ενεργειακό σχεδιασμό , με έμφαση στα κελύφη. Πέρα από την ανάλυση της σχετικής βιβλιογραφίας για τις περιβαλλοντικές και βιοκλιματικές παρεμβάσεις, καθώς και τις προτάσεις ενεργειακής αναβάθμισης, πραγματοποιείται η επιλογή ενός διατηρητέου δημόσιου κτιρίου στην πόλη των Ιωαννίνων για περαιτέρω μελέτη. Η επιλογή αυτή βασίζεται αφενός στην ιδιαίτερη ιστορική του αξία, και αφετέρου στο γεγονός γεγονός ότι αποτελεί ένα διατηρητέο κτίριο σε λειτουργία, χωρίς να έχει αλλάξει σχεδόν καθόλου χρήση ανά τις δεκαετίες. Εν συνέχεια, γίνεται καταγραφή και ταξινόμηση των κατασκευαστικών και λειτουργικών του χαρακτηριστικών καθώς και των ενεργειακών του καταναλώσεων. Σύμφωνα με τη συλλογή των παραπάνω δεδομένων κατασκευάζεται ένα τρισδιάστατο μοντέλο το οποίο θα αναλυθεί ενεργειακά με τη βοήθεια των προγραμμάτων και Energy Plus ώστε να εξακριβωθούν οι ενεργειακές τους «παθογένειες». Η απεικόνιση των πιθανών εξωτερικών παρεμβάσεων παρουσιάζεται σε σχέδια δύο και τριών διαστάσεων (Sketch Up). Τέλος, συγκρίνεται το ποσοστό εξοικονόμησης ενέργειας του κάθε σεναρίου με την αρχική κατάσταση του κτιρίου και η αξιολογείται η εφαρμογή συστημάτων. Συνδυάζοντας και αναλύοντας όλα τα παραπάνω δεδομένα των ενοτήτων, επιχειρείται όχι μόνο η καταγραφή των πρακτικών προκλήσεων αλλά να προταθεί μια νέα ερμηνεία του τρόπου διερεύνησης των σχέσεων αλληλεξάρτησης υλικά-χρόνος, προτείνοντας ένα νέο τρόπο προσέγγισης. Διαπιστώνοντας τα συσσωρευμένα προβλήματα που οξύνονται καθημερινά, τα διατηρητέα κτίρια στην πλειοψηφία τους, αν και αξιόλογα, δεν πληρούν τις σημερινές προδιαγραφές για τη λειτουργία και πλήρη αξιοποίησή τους. Τέλος, εστιάζοντας στα κελύφη των διατηρητέων κτιρίων είναι σημαντικό να επισημανθεί ότι σχεδιάστηκαν για να στεγάσουν κάθε ανθρώπινη δραστηριότητα ενώ ταξινομούνται σε συγκεκριμένα χρονικά διαστήματα και αι η διάρκεια ζωής τους καθορίζεται αναλόγως. Η διερεύνηση όχι μόνο των καλλιτεχνικών ή ιστορικών τους χαρακτηριστικών αλλά και των περιβαλλοντικών τους στοιχείων ως μέσο πολιτιστικής έκφρασης συνιστά και την ουσία αυτής της διατριβής. | el |
| heal.abstract | The purpose of this research is to develop a framework of guidelines for the essential and effective protection and upgrading of the architecture of listed buildings-monuments in accordance with the current climatic and social situation. Through the bibliographic review, two apparently different aspects of architecture are analyzed: built cultural heritage and energy planning. Initially, the study examines the importance of cultural heritage as a social and economic element, as well as the legislative framework involved listed buildings. In particular, it focuses on the provisions of Laws 3028/2002 (Ministry of Economy and Trade) and 2831/2000 (Ministry of Economy and Trade, especially those articles that pertain to preserved buildings and those to be preserved. In addition to the identification of a listed building a detailed recording of the parameters that endanger not only their operation but also their very existence as many are at risk and tend to be victims of demolition due to poor management. The aim of this study is also the investigation of energy efficiency in the building sector and specifically the contribution of the function of the building envelope in both conventional and structures of historical and architectural value. Alongside the analysis of the existing literature reviewing the study of bioclimatic interventions and the proposals for energy upgrading, a listed public building in the city of Ioannina is selected for further analysis due to its significant historical value and continued use with minimal change over the decades. The building’s construction and operational characteristics as well as its energy consumption are documented and classified. Based on the above data, a three-dimensional model is constructed which will be energetically analyzed with the help of the Energy Plus program, in order to determine their energy -related deficiencies. The visualization of the possible interventions is presented in two and three- dimensional plans (Sketch Up). Finally, the energy-saving potential of each proposed intervention is compared with the initial state of the building and the application of systems is evaluated. By synthesizing, of all the above sections that are analyzed, this study seeks not only to address the practical challenges, but also to propose a new interpretation of the way approaching the interdependence of materials-time, proposing a new way of understanding and identifying the accumulated problems. It highlights the issues that exacerbated every day, as preserved buildings in the majority , although valuable, fail to meet contemporary standards for their operation and full utilization. Ultimately, this research emphasizes on the building envelop of historic constructions and it is important to point out that their main role is to accommodate human activity and are products of specific historical periods, with a lifespan shaped accordingly.
