| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα μελέτη εξετάζει τον βαθμό ικανοποίησης των προσφύγων της δομής Φιλιππιάδας από τις υπηρεσίες υγείας εκτός δομής και τη συσχέτισή του με ψυχολογικούς παράγοντες, όπως η ανθεκτικότητα, οι μηχανισμοί αντιμετώπισης σε καταστάσεις κρίσης και η συγχώρεση. Σκοπός της έρευνας αυτής είναι να διερευνηθεί αν επηρεάζεται και σε ποιον βαθμό η ικανοποίηση από τις υπηρεσίες, η εμπειρία φροντίδας και η στάση τους απέναντι στο σύστημα υγείας της χώρας, από ψυχολογικούς παράγοντες. Η μελέτη πραγματοποιήθηκε στη δομή φιλοξενίας προσφύγων στην Ήπειρο, και συγκεκριμένα στη δομή Φιλιππιάδας, με τη συμμετοχή ενηλίκων προσφύγων συριακής και αφγανικής καταγωγής. Έγινε χρήση ερωτηματολογίου που περιελάμβανε δημογραφικά στοιχεία, ερωτήσεις ικανοποίησης από τις υπηρεσίες υγείας και τις κλίμακες F-COPES, CD-RISC και HFS και η στατιστική ανάλυση πραγματοποιήθηκε με το λογισμικό Jamovi. Τα αποτελέσματα έδειξαν θετική συσχέτιση μεταξύ των ψυχολογικών χαρακτηριστικών και της ικανοποίησης από τις υπηρεσίες υγείας, υποδεικνύοντας ότι η συναισθηματική ισορροπία, η ικανότητα συγχώρεσης και διαχείρισης των συναισθημάτων, ενισχύουν την εμπιστοσύνη και την κατανόηση απέναντι στο σύστημα υγείας. Τα αποτελέσματα επιβεβαιώνουν τη σημασία των παραγόντων αυτών για την ποιότητα φροντίδας και την ψυχική ευεξία των προσφύγων, υπογραμμίζοντας την ανάγκη για προγράμματα υποστήριξης που θα προάγουν τη συναισθηματική υγεία και θα ενισχύουν τα προαναφερθέντα χαρακτηριστικά. Ιδιαίτερη έμφαση δίνεται στο νοσηλευτή, ο οποίος καλείται να παρέχει φροντίδα με ενσυναίσθηση και ισχυρό το αίσθημα του σεβασμού και την κατανόηση του πολιτισμικού πλαισίου. | el |
| heal.abstract | The present study examines the level of satisfaction of refugees residing in the Filippiada accommodation structure with healthcare services outside the facility, and its association with psychosocial factors such as resilience, coping mechanisms in crisis situations, and forgiveness. The aim of this research is to investigate whether and to what extent satisfaction with health services, the experience of care, and attitudes towards the national healthcare system are influenced by psychological factors. The study was conducted at the refugee accommodation center in Epirus, specifically in the Filippiada structure, with the participation of adult refugees of Syrian and Afghan origin. A questionnaire was used that included demographic data, questions regarding satisfaction with health services, and the F-COPES, CD-RISC, and HFS scales. Statistical analysis was carried out using the Jamovi software. The results showed a positive correlation between psychological characteristics and satisfaction with health services, indicating that emotional balance, the ability to forgive, and effective emotional regulation enhance trust and understanding towards the healthcare system. The findings confirm the importance of these factors for the quality of care and the mental well-being of refugees, highlighting the need for support programs that promote emotional health and strengthen the aforementioned traits. Particular emphasis is placed on the role of the nurse, who is called upon to provide care with empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity. | en |
