| heal.abstract | Η σιωπηρή γνώση αποτελεί ένα βασικό και άδηλο συστατικό της πρακτικής νοημοσύνης, που αποκτάται μέσω προσωπικών εμπειριών και είναι δύσκολο να εκφραστεί με λέξεις. Η ηγεσία ως δυνατό στοιχείο του χαρακτήρα (ψυχική δύναμη) αποτελεί ένα από τα κύρια συστατικά (α) της διαπροσωπικής αρετής (δηλαδή μίας από τις πέντε πιο συνήθεις αρετές του ελληνικού πληθυσμού στο πλαίσιο του ελέγχου του μοντέλου PERMA), αλλά και θεωρητικών μοντέλων της χαρισματικότητας. Στο πλαίσιο της ηγεσίας η ικανότητα των ατόμων να αξιοποιούν τη σιωπηρή γνώση και να τη μοιράζονται είναι σημαντική καθώς είναι πιθανό να επιδρά στη δυναμική της εκάστοτε ομάδας και την επίτευξη των συλλογικών στόχων που αυτή έχει θέσει. Η παρούσα ανασκόπηση στοχεύει στον εντοπισμό πιθανών σχέσεων μεταξύ της σιωπηρής γνώσης, του διαμοιρασμού (της μετάδοσης) της και της ηγεσίας. Αυτή η συστηματική ανασκόπηση πραγματοποιήθηκε σύμφωνα με τη μέθοδο PRISMA (πρωτόκολλο PRISMA 2020) συγκεντρώνοντας τα στοιχεία από 12 μελέτες που πληρούσαν τα κριτήρια ένταξης από τη βάση δεδομένων SCOPUS. Τα κριτήρια ένταξης αφορούσαν τον επιστημονικό κλάδο (κλάδος ψυχολογίας), τη γλώσσα συγγραφής (αγγλική) και το είδος της μελέτης (ερευνητικό άρθρο), ενώ δεν είχαμε θέσει χρονικό περιθώριο όσον αφορά το έτος δημοσίευσης. Τα ευρήματα θα συζητηθούν υπό το πρίσμα θεωριών που αφορούν τη νοημοσύνη και τα θετικά συστατικά των αρετών. Η σιωπηρή γνώση φαίνεται ότι επιδρά άμεσα στην ηγεσία καθώς επιτρέπει στα άτομα να λαμβάνουν σημαντικές αποφάσεις υπό συνθήκες αβεβαιότητας, ενώ ο διαμοιρασμός της ενισχύει τη συνεργασία μεταξύ των ατόμων, οδηγώντας στην καινοτομία και την ανάπτυξη δυναμικών σχέσεων, οι οποίες εξυπηρετούν την αποτελεσματική ηγεσία. Η ηγεσία φαίνεται να βοηθάει στην ενεργοποίηση και στον διαμοιρασμό της σιωπηρής γνώσης, προάγοντας την ψυχολογική ασφάλεια, την εμπιστοσύνη και τη συναισθηματική δέσμευση. Η σιωπηρή γνώση και η ηγεσία δείχνουν να έχουν μία αμφίδρομη και δυναμική σχέση, όπου η μία ενισχύεται από την άλλη. Συνεπώς, ο συνδυασμός τους θα μπορούσε να συμβάλλει στη δημιουργία του κατάλληλου περιβάλλοντος για την ενίσχυση της οργανωσιακής επιτυχίας και της προσωπικής ανέλιξης. | el |
| heal.abstract | Tacit knowledge is a fundamental and implicit component of practical intelligence, acquired through personal experience and is difficult to articulate verbally. Leadership as a character strength (inner strength) is one of the main components of (a) interpersonal virtue (i.e. one of the five most common virtues of the Greek population in the context of the PERMA model), but also of theoretical models of charisma. In the context of leadership, the ability of individuals to utilize tacit knowledge and share it is important as it is likely to affect the dynamics of the group in question and the achievement of the collective goals set by the group. This review aims to identify possible relationships between tacit knowledge, its sharing (transmission) and leadership. This systematic review was conducted according to the PRISMA method (PRISMA 2020 protocol) by collecting data from 12 studies that met the inclusion criteria from the SCOPUS database. The inclusion criteria were related to the scientific field (psychology field), the language of authorship (English) and the type of study (research article), and we did not set a time limit regarding the year of publication. The findings will be discussed in the light of theories concerning intelligence and the positive components of virtues. Tacit knowledge appears to have a direct impact on leadership as it allows individuals to make important decisions under uncertainty, while sharing it enhances collaboration between individuals, leading to innovation and the development of dynamic relationships that serve effective leadership. Leadership appears to help activate and share tacit knowledge, by fostering psychological safety, trust and emotional commitment. Tacit knowledge and leadership appear to have a bi-directional and dynamic relationship, where one is reinforced by the other. Therefore, their combination could help create the right environment to enhance organisational success and personal development. | en |
