| heal.abstract | Ιστορικό: Η Νόσος Πάρκινσον (ΝΠ) αποτελεί μια νευροεκφυλιστική διαταραχή που χαρακτηρίζεται από προοδευτική δυσλειτουργία ή απώλεια ντοπαμίνης στον εγκέφαλο και σχηματισμό παθολογικών σωματίων Lewy, επηρεάζοντας το 1% του πληθυσμού άνω των 60 ετών. Συνοδεύεται από κινητικά και συμπεριφορικά συμπτώματα, στα οποία συγκαταλέγεται και η έκπτωση της φωνητικής ικανότητας, καθώς η φωνή λειτουργεί ως πρώιμος και ευαίσθητος δείκτης των νευρολογικών αλλοιώσεων που πραγματοποιούνται. Σκοπός: Η παρούσα ανασκόπηση αποτελεί κριτική επεξεργασία και σύνθεση των διαθέσιμων επιστημονικών πληροφοριών, σχετικά με την ανάλυση φωνής σε άτομα με ΝΠ. Μεθοδολογία: Διενεργήθηκε βιβλιογραφική αναζήτηση σε 5 βάσεις δεδομένων - PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, Web of Science, ScienceDirect – με τα κριτήρια ένταξης να περιλαμβάνουν τόσο την κλινικά επιβεβαιωμένη ΝΠ, όσο και την αξιολόγηση των φωνητικών χαρακτηριστικών μέσω φωνητικής και ακουστικής ανάλυσης. Αποτελέσματα: Πληρώντας τα κριτήρια ένταξης, κρίθηκαν κατάλληλες 36 δημοσιεύσεις. Τα ευρήματα ανέδειξαν σημαντικές μεταβολές σε φωνητικές παραμέτρους, όπως η Θεμελιώδης Συχνότητα (F0), το jitter, το shimmer, ο δείκτης NHR, η ανάλυση αποστάσεων διακυμάνσεων (DFA) και η Διάρκεια Παύσεων (DPI). Συμπέρασμα: Η φωνητική ανάλυση στα άτομα με ΝΠ, αξιοποιώντας μεθόδους ανάλυσης, τεχνικές μηχανικής μάθησης, τεχνικές Τεχνητής Νοημοσύνης, καθώς και λογοθεραπευτικές στρατηγικές, μπορεί να συμβάλλει ενεργά στην πρώιμη διάγνωση και παρακολούθηση της εξέλιξης της νόσου, κατά τη διάρκεια όλων των σταδίων της, προτείνοντας στοχευμένες επιλογές παρέμβασης. | el |
| heal.abstract | Background: Parkinson's disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by progressive dysfunction or loss of dopamine in the brain and the formation of pathological Lewy bodies, affecting 1% of the population over the age of 60. It is accompanied by motor and behavioral symptoms, including impaired vocal ability, as the voice acts as an early and sensitive indicator of neurological changes. Purpose: This review is a critical analysis and synthesis of the available scientific information on voice analysis in individuals with PD. Methodology: A literature search was conducted in 5 databases - PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, Web of Science, ScienceDirect – with inclusion criteria including both clinically confirmed PD and the evaluation of vocal characteristics through vocal and acoustic analysis. Results: Thirty-six publications met the inclusion criteria and were deemed suitable. The findings revealed significant changes in vocal parameters such as fundamental frequency (F0), jitter, shimmer, NHR index, distance frequency analysis (DFA), and Pause Duration Index (DPI). Conclusion: Voice analysis in individuals with PD, utilizing analysis methods, machine learning techniques, artificial intelligence techniques, and speech therapy strategies, can actively contribute to the early diagnosis and monitoring of the disease's progression throughout all its stages, suggesting targeted intervention options. | en |
