| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία, εξετάζει κατά την διάρκεια της πανδημίας με την βοήθεια κατευθυντήριων και επίσημων οδηγιών από αρμόδιες εποπτικές αρχές την συμπεριφορά και τις επιπτώσεις που προέκυψαν σε εισηγμένες εταιρείες, καθώς και το θεσμικό πλαίσιο όσον αφορά την περιοδική πληροφόρηση των συγκεκριμένων εταιριών. Συνοπτικά, το πρώτο σκέλος της εργασίας έχει να κάνει με το θεωρητικό υπόβαθρο το οποίο είναι βασισμένο σε βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση και άντληση πληροφοριών από διαδικτυακές πηγές. Στο δεύτερο μέρος, πραγματοποιείται εμπειρική μελέτη πάνω σε εταιρείες ίδιου κλάδου στις οποίες αναλύονται οι εξαμηνιαίες οικονομικές καταστάσεις τους καταγράφοντας και ερμηνεύοντας έτσι τις διαφορές που έχει επιφέρει η πανδημία το τελευταίο διάστημα στα έσοδα και στην λειτουργία των εταιρειών. Τέλος, χρήσιμα συμπεράσματα και προτάσεις αναφέρονται στον επίλογο, όπου γίνεται μία ανασκόπηση της πτυχιακής εργασίας, παρουσιάζοντας τα κύρια ευρήματα της έρευνας. | el |
| heal.abstract | This graduate thesis examines during the pandemic, with the help of guidelines and official guidelines from supervisory authorities, t the impact on listed companies, as well as the institutional framework for the periodic information .. In summary, the first part of the work has to do with the theoretical background which is based on a bibliographical review and the extraction of information from online sources. In the second part, an empirical study is carried out on companies of the same sector in which their semi annual financial statements are analyzed, thus recording and interpreting the differences that the pandemic has brought about in recent times in the revenues and operation of the companies. Finally, useful conclusions and suggestions are mentioned in the epilogue, where a review of the graduate work is carried out, presenting the main findingsof the research. | en |
