| heal.abstract | This presentation offers an experience feedback on the organization and services of the Common Documentation Service (SCD) of Clermont Auvergne University, a French institution resulting from the merger of Blaise Pascal University and Auvergne University in 2017. We will share our organizational approach, structured around 13 libraries distributed across 7 campuses, serving more than 37,000 students and 4,000 staff members. The emphasis will be placed on our governance model and our coordination methods between the different sites. The presentation will detail the services developed for our users, including scientific information literacy training services and support for documentary research. We will also present our innovations in learning spaces and our services supporting university pedagogy. A particular focus will be given to the contribution of technologies to simplify processes and our approach to the challenges of Artificial Intelligence. We will present our strategic reflection on the integration of AI into our documentary services, the experiments conducted, as well as the ethical and deontological questions we raise concerning the use of these technologies in the university context. This intervention aims to foster experience exchanges and identify collaboration opportunities between our European institutions in facing the common challenges of digital transformation in university libraries. | fr |
