| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία εξετάζει τη διαδικασία ενσωμάτωσης πληρωμών μέσω EFT/POS συσκευών σε ένα διαδικτυακό σύστημα ERP, σε συμμόρφωση με τις απαιτήσεις που ορίζονται από την ΑΑΔΕ. Αρχικά παρουσιάζεται το θεσμικό πλαίσιο που πλαισιώνει τη διαδικασία και περιγράφονται οι ανάγκες των επιχειρήσεων, οι οποίες οφείλουν να εναρμονίζονται με τη νομοθεσία. Στη συνέχεια, αναλύεται το πρωτόκολλο WebECR που εφαρμόζεται για τη διασύνδεση των EFT/POS με ERP, και συγκεκριμένα περιγράφεται η τεχνική του εφαρμογή στο λογισμικό Pegasus Web App. Μέσω μιας αναλυτικής μελέτης περίπτωσης, αναδεικνύονται τα επιμέρους συστήματα, οι διεπαφές χρήστη (UI) και οι τεχνικές προκλήσεις. Η εργασία καταλήγει με τα συμπεράσματα σχετικά με τη σημασία της τεχνολογικής συμμόρφωσης, τη βιωσιμότητα των υλοποιήσεων και τις στρατηγικές προτάσεις για μελλοντική εξέλιξη στον τομέα των ψηφιακών συναλλαγών. | el |
| heal.abstract | This thesis examines the integration of payments through EFT/POS devices into a cloud-based ERP system, in compliance with the requirements set by the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE). It first presents the regulatory framework governing the process and outlines the needs of businesses, which must align with the legislation. It then analyzes the WebECR protocol used for the connection between EFT/POS devices and ERP systems, with a specific focus on its technical implementation in the Pegasus Web App software. Through a detailed case study, the work highlights the individual system components, user interfaces (UI), and technical challenges. The thesis concludes with findings on the importance of technological compliance, the sustainability of such implementations, and strategic recommendations for future developments in the field of digital transactions. | en |
