| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία αποτελεί μια εκτενή βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση που εξετάζει την κατανόηση και την παραγωγή των όρων εσωτερικής κατάστασης (ΟΕΚ) από τα παιδιά και τους εφήβους με Διαταραχή Αυτιστικού Φάσματος (ΔΑΦ). Οι ΟΕΚ περιλαμβάνουν λέξεις που αναφέρονται στην φυσιολογία, την αντίληψη, το συναίσθημα, την βούληση, την γνωστική λειτουργία, την ηθική και στα ρήματα γλωσσικής έκφρασης. Επιπλέον, οι όροι αυτοί αποτελούν θεμέλιο για την ανάπτυξη της Θεωρίας του Νου (ΘτΝ), της ικανότητας δηλαδή να αποδίδουμε νοητικές καταστάσεις στον εαυτό μας και στους άλλους. Περιγράφεται η αναπτυξιακή πορεία των ΟΕΚ στα παιδιά τυπικής ανάπτυξης, αναλύοντας πότε και πώς εμφανίζονται οι διάφορες κατηγορίες των όρων αυτών και πώς σχετίζονται με την εξέλιξη της ΘτΝ. Ειδική έμφαση δίνεται στα παιδιά με ΔΑΦ, τα οποία παρουσιάζουν ελλείμματα στη χρήση των γνωστικών και των συναισθηματικών όρων, γεγονός που επηρεάζει αρνητικά την κοινωνική αλληλεπίδραση και την επικοινωνία τους. Στο τέλος της πτυχιακής υπογραμμίζεται η σημασία της ανάπτυξης παρεμβάσεων, στοχευμένων στην καλλιέργεια των ΟΕΚ με απώτερο στόχο και την ενίσχυση της ΘτΝ. Η ενίσχυση αυτή μπορεί να επιτευχθεί μέσα από συστηματική χρήση των όρων αυτών από τους γονείς και τους εκπαιδευτικούς με κατάλληλες παιδαγωγικές πρακτικές. Η προώθηση των ΟΕΚ δεν συμβάλλει μόνο στη γλωσσική ανάπτυξη, αλλά αποτελεί κρίσιμο παράγοντα για τη συναισθηματική έκφραση, την κοινωνική κατανόηση και την ομαλότερη ένταξη των παιδιών με αυτισμό στο κοινωνικό σύνολο. | el |
| heal.abstract | This study constitutes an extensive literature review that examines the comprehension and production of internal state terms (IST) in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). ISTs include words referring to physiology, perception, emotion, volition, cognitive functioning, morality, and verbs of linguistic expression. Furthermore, these terms serve as a foundation for the development of Theory of Mind (ToM), that is, the ability to attribute mental states to ourselves and to others. The developmental trajectory of ISTs in typically developing children is described, analyzing when and how the various categories of these terms emerge, and how they are related to the evolution of ToM. Special emphasis is placed on children with ASD, who present deficits in the use of cognitive terms and emotion words , a fact that negatively affects their social interaction and communication. In the final part of this study, the importance of developing targeted interventions focused on cultivating ISTs is highlighted, with the ultimate goal of enhancing ToM. This enhancement can be achieved through the systematic use of such terms by parents and educators, utilizing appropriate pedagogical practices. The promotion of ISTs contributes not only to language development, but also constitutes a crucial factor for emotional expression, social understanding, and the inclusion of children with autism into the social environment. | en |
