| heal.abstract | Η φυσική αγωγή στη προσχολική ηλικία διαδραματίζει πολύ σημαντικό ρόλο για την κινητική ανάπτυξη του νηπίου και συμβάλει στην γενικότερη σωματική και ψυχική εξέλιξη του. Μέσα από έρευνες φαίνεται ότι οι ανάγκες του παιδιού για σωματική κίνηση σε μία περίοδο κρίσιμης βιολογικής ανάπτυξης (ηλικία 4-6 ετών) είναι πρωταρχικές, με βασικό στόχο την κινητική του ωρίμανση, τη βέλτιστη ανάπτυξη των κινητικών του δεξιοτήτων και τον καλύτερο κινητικό συντονισμό. Η παρούσα εργασία αποτελεί μια βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση και σκοπός της είναι γενικά η μελέτη του γνωστικού αντικειμένου της φυσικής αγωγής στο νηπιαγωγείο του νεοελληνικού κράτους και ειδικότερα η μελέτη αυτού σε θεσμικό ( νόμοι, νομοθεσία), ιδεολογικό ( αναλυτικά προγράμματα, βιβλία) και πρακτικό επίπεδο (επιστημονικά άρθρα και διπλωματικές εργασίες που σχετίζονται με τις διαστάσεις της φυσικής αγωγής στο ελληνικό νηπιαγωγείο, όπως παιχνίδια και χοροί. Τα αποτελέσματα έδειξαν την σημαντική συμβολή της φυσικής αγωγής στην ολόπλευρη ανάπτυξη των νηπίων, ωστόσο διαπιστώθηκε από την βιβλιογραφία ότι ενώ οι πτυχές της φυσικής αγωγής έχουν αποτυπωθεί στα αναλυτικά προγράμματα και οι νηπιαγωγοί δείχνουν διάθεση να τις εφαρμόσουν, η πρακτική εφαρμογή τους στα ελληνικά νηπιαγωγεία παραμένει περιορισμένη. | el |
| heal.abstract | Physical education during early childhood plays a vital role in the motor development of preschool children and contributes significantly to their overall physical and psychological growth. Research indicates that during the critical biological developmental stage of ages 4 to 6, children's need for physical movement is fundamental, aiming at motor maturity, optimal skill development, and enhanced coordination. This literature review investigates the field of physical education in Greek kindergartens, focusing on three main dimensions: the institutional level (laws and legislation), the ideological level (curricula and educational materials), and the practical level (scientific articles and academic theses related to physical education, including play and dance activities). The findings confirm the important role of physical education in the holistic development of preschoolers. Nevertheless, the literature reveals a gap between the theoretical inclusion of physical education in official curricula and the limited extent of its practical implementation in everyday kindergarten settings. | en |
