| heal.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η μελέτη του ρόλου της σύγχρονης γυναίκας στον εργασιακό χρόνο στη προσπάθεια της να συνδυάσει τη δουλειά με την οικογένεια. Ειδικότερα , θα διευρυνθεί η θέση της εργαζόμενης γυναίκας αλλά και μητέρας μέσα σε μια επιχείρηση και οργανισμό αλλά και τα προβλήματα και οι προκλήσεις που καλείται να φέρει εις πέρας. Θα αναλυθούν οι απόψεις των γυναικών σχετικά με τη μεταχείριση τους μέσα στον εργασιακό χώρο και οι διαφορές που προκύπτουν σε σχέση με το αρσενικό φύλο. Θα εξεταστεί το φαινόμενο της «γυάλινης οροφής» και η προσπάθεια της γυναίκας να ανταπεξέλθει στους ρόλους της σύγχρονης εποχής. Για τη διεξαγωγή της έρευνας , μοιράστηκε ερωτηματολόγιο για να αντληθούν στοιχεία και απόψεις των γυναικών σχετικά με την εργασία. Το ερωτηματολόγιο ήταν κλειστού τύπου , το οποίο μοιράστηκε διαδικτυακά και οι απαντήσεις των γυναικών τηρήθηκαν από άκρως εμπιστευτικότητα. Διενεργήθηκε ποσοτική έρευνα και το δείγμα αποτέλεσαν 103 γυναίκες οι οποίες απασχολήθηκαν ή απασχολούνται στον εργασιακό χώρο στην Ελλάδα, όπου επιλέχθηκαν με τυχαία δειγματοληψία. Σύμφωνα με τα αποτελέσματα τις έρευνας , οι γυναίκες μέσα στο οργανόγραμμα της επιχείρησης κατέχουν θέση χαμηλή αναλογικά με το επίπεδο σπουδών τους και αμείβονται χαμηλότερα από τους άνδρες, ενώ έχουν λιγότερες ευκαιρίες εξέλιξης σε σχέση με τους άνδρες. | heal.abstract | The purpose of this thesis is to study the role of the modern woman in working time in her attempt to combine work with family. In particular, the position of the working woman as well as the mother within a business and organization will be expanded, as well as the problems and challenges that she is asked to carry out. The opinions of women regarding their treatment in the workplace and the differences that arise in relation to the male gender will be analyzed. The phenomenon of the "glass ceiling" and the woman's attempt to cope with the roles of the modern era will be examined. To conduct the research, a questionnaire was distributed to gather information and opinions of women about work. The questionnaire was closed-ended, shared online, and the women's responses were kept strictly confidential. A quantitative survey was conducted and the sample consisted of 103 women who were employed or are employed in the workplace in Greece, where they were selected by random sampling. According to the results of the research, women in the organizational chart of the company occupy a low position in proportion to their level of education and are paid less than men, while they have fewer development opportunities than men.
