| heal.abstract | Η καινοτομία είναι ένας σημαντικός παράγοντας για τη βιωσιμότητα μιας επιχείρησης, ο οποία υιοθετώντας καινοτόμες πρακτικές αποκτάει ανταγωνιστικό πλεονέκτημα στον κλάδο στον οποίο δραστηριοποιείται. Ο πρωτογενής τομέας στην Ελλάδα αποτελεί δομικό στοιχείο της ελληνικής κοινωνίας και οικονομίας. Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η διερεύνηση της καινοτομίας των επιχειρήσεων του πρωτογενούς τομέα. Για να επιτευχθεί αυτός ο σκοπός η εργασία διαρθρώνεται σε πέντε κεφάλαια. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο μελετάται η καινοτομία. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, αναλύεται η έννοια και δίνεται ο ορισμός της καινοτομίας, μελετώνται οι τρόποι και οι πηγές της καινοτομίας και τα εμπόδια που υπάρχουν για την ανάπτυξή της. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο αναλύεται ο πρωτογενής τομέας. Συγκεκριμένα, μελετώνται οι κλάδοι και τα χαρακτηριστικά που αυτός έχει και επίσης παρατίθενται στοιχεία του δευτερογενή και τριτογενή τομέα. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο αναλύεται ο πρωτογενής τομέας στην Ελλάδα. Αρχικώς γίνεται μια ιστορική αναδρομή και στη συνέχεια ερευνώνται τα διαρθρωτικά προβλήματα που αυτός έχει. Κατόπιν, καταγράφεται ο ρόλος που έχει στην ελληνική οικονομία και τέλος, δίνονται τα χαρακτηριστικά που έχουν οι ελληνικές επιχειρήσεις του πρωτογενούς τομέα. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο μελετάται ο πρωτογενής τομέας σε συνάρτηση με τα καινοτόμα προγράμματα. Έτσι, αναλύεται η επιχειρηματικότητα και η καινοτομία του πρωτογενούς τομέα, τα είδη χρηματοδότησης του πρωτογενούς τομέα, το αρμόδιο Υπουργείο αγροτικής ανάπτυξης και δύο προγράμματα καινοτομίας, το Horizon 2020 και το αναπτυξιακό νομοσχέδιο. | heal.abstract | Innovation is an important factor for the viability of a business, which by adopting innovative practices gains a competitive advantage in the sector in which it operates. The primary sector in Greece is a structural element of Greek society and economy. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the innovation of primary sector businesses. To achieve this goal, the work is structured in five chapters. In the first chapter innovation is studied. More specifically, the concept is analyzed and the definition of innovation is given, the ways and sources of innovation and the obstacles that exist for its development are studied. The second chapter analyzes the primary sector. In particular, the branches and their characteristics are studied and also elements of the secondary and tertiary sector are listed. The third chapter analyzes the primary sector in Greece. Initially, a historical review is made and then the structural problems he has are investigated. Then, the role it has in the Greek economy is recorded and finally, the characteristics of the Greek companies in the primary sector are given. In the fourth chapter, the primary sector is studied in relation to innovative programs. Thus, entrepreneurship and innovation of the primary sector, the types of funding of the primary sector, the responsible Ministry of Rural Development and two innovation programs, Horizon 2020 and the Development Bill, are analyzed.
