| heal.abstract | Περίληψη:Η ασθένεια του καρκίνου της ουροδόχου κύστεως είναι από τις κακοήθεις νεοπλασίες που εντοπίζεται σε μεγάλη συχνότητα στις δυτικές και βιομηχανικές κοινωνίες. Η εμφάνιση της πανδημίας του covid-19 και εξαιτίας της πολυπλοκότητας και της υψηλής νοσηρότητας που προκύπτουν από τις θεραπείες, έχουν οδηγήσει τη διεθνής επιστημονική κοινότητα στην αναζήτηση και προώθηση νέων στρατηγικών για την παροχή φροντίδας και προαγωγή της υγείας των ασθενών. Σκοπός: Η ανάδειξη του ρόλου των νοσηλευτών και των επαγγελματιών υγείας μέσα από τα νέα δεδομένα που προκύπτουν τα τελευταία δύο χρόνια, στον σχεδιασμό και την περαίωση της θεραπείας της νόσου και τη μετέπειτα προσαρμογή των ασθενών στις σωματικές και ψυχολογικές αλλαγές που επιφέρει. Μέθοδος:Πραγματοποιήθηκε ηλεκτρονική αναζήτηση σε διεθνείς ηλεκτρονικές βάσεις δεδομένων pubmed, google scholar, cochrane. Το υλικό αποτελείται από άρθρα, μετα-αναλύσεις, στατιστικά από έρευνες,δημοσιευμένα στην αγγλική γλώσσα τα τελευταία δύο χρόνια,με σκοπό την καταγραφή των νεότερων δεδομένων στην πρόληψη και την μετεγχειρητική διαχείριση της νόσου. Αποτελέσματα:Τα νέα δεδομένα που προκύπτουν, μέσα από μελέτες και στατιστικά στοιχεία που δημοσιεύθηκαν αναδεικνύουν, την αναγκαιότητα για περαιτέρω αναθεώρηση και διερεύνηση νέων στρατηγικών στην παροχή φροντίδας υγείας από τους νοσηλευτές και επαγγελματίες υγείας στους ασθενείς με κακοήθεις νεοπλασίες του ουροθηλίου. Οι νοσηλευτές που βρίσκονται στην πρώτη γραμμή, η άμεση επαφή με τους ασθενείς και η συνεχής αυξανόμενη πίεση των νοσοκομειακών μονάδων, έχει θέσει ως σημαντική προτεραιότητα την ασφαλή διαχείριση των θεραπευτικών σχημάτων και της ψυχικής υγείας των ασθενών, εξαιτίας των ψυχοσωματικών αλλαγών που επέρχονται. Συμπεράσματα: Οι τεράστιες αλλαγές που προκάλεσε η πανδημία του κορονοιου ,επιτάσσουν την συνεχή εξέλιξη των νοσηλευτών στην ασφαλή εφαρμογή νέων μεθόδων στην πραγμάτωση της θεραπείας. Οι ασθενείς με κακοήθεις νεοπλασίες πλήττονται σημαντικά, εμφανίζοντας με μεγαλύτερη συχνότητα σημάδια άγχους και κατάθλιψης, ανάγοντας έτσι το νοσηλευτικό ρόλο πιο επίκαιρο από ποτέ στην καθοδήγηση και διαχείριση της ψυχικής υγείας των ασθενών. Η παροχή της καλύτερης δυνατής υγειονομικής φροντίδας μέσα από την εκπαίδευση των ίδιων των ασθενών είναι πιο σημαντική από ποτέ. | el |
| heal.abstract | Abstract: Bladder cancer is one of the most common malignancies in western and industrialized societies. The emergence of the covid-19 pandemic and due to the complexity and high morbidity as a result from the treatments, have led the international scientific community to seek and promote new strategies for providing care and health furtherance. Aim:Highlighting the role of nurses and healthcare professionals in the planning and timing of the patient’s treatment and the subsequent adaptation to the physical and psychological changes it brings. Materials and Methods:The electronic search was carried out in international online databases pubmed,google scholar, cochrane. This material consists of articles, meta-analyses, statistics from research, published in English language in the last two years, with the aim of recording the newest data in the prevention and the postoperative management of the disease. Results:The results of new research data that emerged, through published studies and statistics, highlight the necessity for further review and investigation of new strategies in the provision of health care by nurses and health care professionals to patients with malignant urothelial neoplasms. The nurses who are on the front line, the direct contact with the patients and the continuous increasing pressure of the hospital units , has set as an important priority the safe management of treatment and the mental health of the patients, due to the psychosomatic changes that occur. Conclusions: The enormous changes caused by the coronavirus pandemic require the continuous development of nurses in the safe application of new methods in the treatment. Patients with malignant neoplasms are significantly affected, showing more frequent signs of anxiety and depression, thus making the nursing role more relevant than ever in the guidance and management of patients' mental health. Providing the best possible health care through educating patients themselves is more important than ever. | en |
