| heal.abstract | Στην παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία παρουσιάζονται φωνολογικά και αρθρωτικά λάθη παιδιών στη χρονολογική ηλικία των 4;0-5;06 ετών. Παράλληλα, πραγματοποιείται μία έρευνα μικρού δείγματος, συμπληρώνοντας τη βιβλιογραφία. Αρχικά, στο πρώτο σκέλος της εργασίας, ορίζονται οι έννοιες της φωνολογίας και της άρθρωσης, όσο και οι διαφορές μεταξύ των διαταραχών τους. Ακολουθεί ανάλυση τυπικών και άτυπων φωνολογικών λαθών, ανάλογα τη χρονολογική ηλικία των παιδιών που εξετάζονται, καθώς και η κατάλληλη τοποθέτηση των αρθρωτών για την υιοθέτηση του ορθού ενήλικου προτύπου ομιλίας. Στη συνέχεια, αναλύεται ο τρόπος αξιολόγησης των φωνολογικών και αρθρωτικών διαταραχών, ο οποίος μπορεί να πραγματοποιηθεί είτε μέσω σταθμισμένων και μη σταθμισμένων τεστ, είτε σε συνδυασμό τους, ανάλογα την επιλογή του εκάστοτε κλινικού. Με βάση τα αποτελέσματα της αξιολόγησης δημιουργείται ένα εξατομικευμένο θεραπευτικό πλάνο, που επιτυγχάνεται χρησιμοποιώντας τρόπους παρέμβασης, οι οποίοι παρατίθενται δειγματικά στην παρακάτω πτυχιακή εργασία. Στο δεύτερο και ερευνητικό μέρος της εργασίας, έξι παιδιά χρονολογικής ηλικίας 4;0-5;06 ετών υποβάλλονται σε αξιολόγηση και αναλύονται τα φωνολογικά λάθη που πραγματοποιούν, προκειμένου να κατηγοριοποιηθούν σε τυπικές ή άτυπες παραγωγές και να οριστεί η ανάγκη για λογοθεραπευτική παρέμβαση, όπως και ένα πιθανό εξατομικευμένο θεραπευτικό πλάνο. Τέλος, παρά το μικρό δείγμα της έρευνας, τα αποτελέσματά της επιβεβαιώνονται με τη σχετική βιβλιογραφία. | el |
| heal.abstract | This thesis presents typical phonological and articulatory errors in children aged 4;0-5;06 years old. At the same time, a small-sample research study is conducted to complement the existing literature. Initially, in the first part of the thesis, the concepts of phonology and articulation are defined, along with the differences between their disorders. This is followed by an analysis of typical and atypical phonological errors based on the chronological age of the children being examined, as well as the appropriate placement of articulators for the adoption of the correct adult speech model. In this context, the methods of assessing phonological and articulatory disorders are analyzed, which can be carried out either through standardized or non-standardized tests, or a combination of both, depending on the choice of the clinician. Based on the assessment results, a personalized treatment plan is created, achieved by using intervention methods that are exemplified in this thesis. Subsequently, six children aged 4;0-5;06 years undergo evaluation, and their phonological errors are analyzed in order to categorize them into typical or non-typical productions and to determine the need for speech therapy intervention, as well as a possible individualized treatment plan. Finally, despite the small sample size of the research, the results are confirmed by the relevant literature. | en |
