| heal.abstract | Ο σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι να εξετάσει τη σχέση του αυτισμού με τις μεταβολικές διαταραχές μέσω εκτενούς βιβλιογραφικής ανασκόπησης. Για την συλλογή δεδομένων, πραγματοποιήθηκε αναζήτηση σε διάφορα βιβλία και σε επιστημονικές βάσεις δεδομένων, όπως είναι το Google Scholar και το PubMed, χρησιμοποιώντας συγκεκριμένες λέξεις - κλειδιά. Μέσα από την αναζήτηση, εντοπίστηκαν και αναλύθηκαν άρθρα που περιλαμβάνουν κλινικά περιστατικά, τα οποία πάσχουν από αυτισμό και ταυτόχρονα έχουν μεταβολικές διαταραχές. Οι μεταβολικές διαταραχές αναδεικνύονται ολοένα και περισσότερο ως πιθανός αιτιολογικός παράγοντας που προκαλεί αυτισμό. Η κατανόηση της άμεσης σύνδεσης των δύο καταστάσεων έχει μεγάλη σημασία στην κλινική πράξη, καθώς αποτελεί ένα ισχυρό όπλο στα χέρια των κλινικών που τους βοηθά να πραγματοποιήσουν έγκαιρες διαγνώσεις και να εφαρμόσουν όσο το δυνατόν πιο αποτελεσματικές θεραπευτικές προσεγγίσεις για τον αυτισμό. Συμπερασματικά, η εργασία, μέσω της πληθώρας κλινικών περιστατικών που συγκεντρώνει, επιβεβαιώνει την συσχέτιση του αυτισμού με τις μεταβολικές διαταραχές. Παρά την διεξοδική αναζήτηση που πραγματοποιήθηκε, δεν ήταν δυνατός ο εντοπισμός άρθρου που να συγκεντρώνει μαζικά τόσα κλινικά περιστατικά με αυτισμό και μεταβολικές διαταραχές. Έχοντας ως γνώμονα την ανάγκη για συνεισφορά στο κλινικό πεδίο, η εργασία επιχειρεί να εμπλουτίσει την βιβλιογραφία γύρω από το αναφερόμενο θέμα και να ανοίξει τον δρόμο για περαιτέρω μελλοντική έρευνα. | el |
| heal.abstract | The aim of this thesis is to examine the relationship between autism and metabolic disorders through an extensive literature review. To collect data, a search of various books and scientific databases, such as Google Scholar and PubMed, was conducted using specific keywords. Through the search, articles were identified and analyzed that included clinical cases who have both autism and metabolic disorders. Metabolic disorders are emerging more and more as a possible causative factor causing autism. Understanding the direct link between the two conditions is of great importance in clinical practice, as it is a powerful weapon in the hands of clinicians to help them make early diagnoses and implement the most effective treatment approaches for autism. In conclusion, the paper, through the plethora of clinical cases collected, confirms the association between autism and metabolic disorders. Despite the thorough search conducted, it was not possible to identify an article that massively collected so many clinical cases with autism and metabolic disorders. Driven by the need to contribute to the clinical field, this paper attempts to enrich the literature around the reported topic and pave the way for further future research. | en |
