| heal.abstract | Στην παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία παρουσιάζονται αναλυτικά δύο κατηγορίες των νευροκινητικών διαταραχών και συγκεκριμένα της απραξίας λόγου καθώς και της δυσαρθρίας της ομιλίας. Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι να ενημερώσει νέους επαγγελματίες λογοθεραπευτές και όχι μόνο για τα είδη της απραξίας και της δυσαρθρίας, τα αίτια και την κλινική τους εικόνα προκειμένου να κατανοήσουν καλύτερα το είδος αυτών των διαταραχών. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται λόγος για τη λειτουργεία του κεντρικού νευρικού συστήματος και γενικότερα τη νευροανατομία. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο, αναλύεται η οργάνωση του λόγου σε νευρομυϊκό επίπεδο. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο, αναλύεται η απραξία και η δυσαρθρία με τα αίτια και την κλινική τους εικόνα ξεχωριστά. Τέλος, στο τέταρτο και τελευταίο κεφάλαιο προσεγγίζονται οι εν λόγω νευροκινητικές διαταραχές ως προς τη διάγνωσή τους. | el |
| heal.abstract | In this Thesis, two categories of neuromotor disorders are presented in detail, and specifically speech apraxia as well as speech dysarthria. The purpose of this Thesis is to inform young professional speech therapists and not only about the types of apraxia and dysarthria, their causes and clinical picture in order to better understand the type of these disorders. More specifically, the first chapter discusses the functioning of the central nervous system and neuroanatomy in general. In the second chapter, the organization of speech is analyzed at the neuromuscular level. In the third chapter, apraxia and dysarthria are analyzed with their causes and clinical picture separately. Finally, in the fourth and last chapter, the said neuromotor disorders are approached in terms of their diagnosis. | en |
