| heal.abstract | Η Θεωρία του Δεσμού αποτέλεσε σημαντική εξέλιξη στην επιστήμη της Ψυχολογίας, καθώς έθεσε τα θεμέλια για την αναγνώριση της σπουδαιότητας κάθε σχέσης μητέρας- βρέφους. Μια σχέση μητέρας- βρέφους είναι η βάση για τη μελλοντική προσωπική, συναισθηματική και κοινωνική ζωή του ατόμου. Η σχέση αυτή μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε έναν ασφαλή τύπο δεσμού με τη φιγούρα προσκόλλησης (συνήθως η μητέρα), ή έναν ανασφαλή τύπο προσκόλλησης (αποφυγής, αμφιθυμίας, αποδιοργάνωσης). Οι Αγχώδεις διαταραχές, από την άλλη πλευρά, είναι μια κατηγορία διαταραχών, η οποία συναντάται πολύ συχνά στον γενικό πληθυσμό. Το άγχος κυριαρχεί και δημιουργεί στο άτομο μια έλλειψη λειτουργικότητας, μαζί με πολλά σωματικά ή ψυχολογικά συμπτώματα. Η παρούσα εργασία αποτελεί, λοιπόν, μια προσπάθεια συνδυασμού συγκεκριμένων τύπων δεσμού με κάθε μια από τις αγχώδεις διαταραχές, όπως παρουσιάζονται στο DSM-5 και επισημαίνει τα επιστημονικά ευρήματα που επιβεβαιώνουν τη συσχέτιση μεταξύ ανασφαλούς δεσμού και αγχωδών διαταραχών. | el |
| heal.abstract | The Attachment Theory was an important development in the science of psychology, as it laid the foundation for the recognition of the importance of every motherinfant relationship. A mother-infant relationship is the basis for the future personal, emotional, and social life of the individual. This relationship can lead to a secure type of attachment with the attachment figure (usually the mother), or an insecure type of attachment (avoidance, ambivalence, disorganization). Anxiety disorders, on the other hand, are a type of disorders that is very commonly found in the general population. Anxiety dominates and creates in the individual a lack of functioning, along with many physical or psychological symptoms. This paper is an attempt to link specific types of attachment to each of the anxiety disorders, as presented in the DSM-5, and highlights the scientific findings that confirm the association between insecure attachment and anxiety disorders. | en |
