| heal.abstract | Η σύγκρουση είναι χαρακτηριστικό των ανθρώπων και αναμφίβολα της σχολικής ζωής. Η παραδοσιακή θεωρία συνιστά να αποφεύγονται συστηματικά, καθώς οδηγούν μόνο σε δυσλειτουργίες και προβλήματα. Ωστόσο, η σύγχρονη αντίληψη υποστηρίζει ότι οι συγκρούσεις είναι αναμενόμενες και σε πολλές περιπτώσεις επιθυμητές επειδή έχουν πολλά θετικά αποτελέσματα. Η παρούσα εργασία κάνει μια σύντομη αναφορά στην έννοια της σύγκρουσης, τα επίπεδα των διαπροσωπικών σχέσεων και τα αίτια της σύγκρουσης. Στη συνέχεια, εξετάζονται οι συνέπειες (αρνητικές και θετικές) στο σύγχρονο σχολικό περιβάλλον. Ανατρέχοντας στη βιβλιογραφία και σε μελέτες για το θέμα των συγκρούσεων, γίνεται αντιληπτό ότι υπάρχει ανάγκη διαχείρισής τους και ότι τα μέλη της σχολικής κοινότητας πρέπει να εκπαιδευτούν ώστε να αναπτύξουν τις δεξιότητές ελέγχου, διαχείρισης και επίλυσης για να μετασχηματίσουν τη σύγκρουση από αρνητικά φορτισμένη εμπειρία σε εμπειρία εποικοδομητική για τη βελτίωση των σχέσεων και την αποδοτικότητα του σύγχρονου σχολείου. | |
| heal.abstract | Conflict is often considered a typically trait among humans and undoubtedly school life. The traditional theory recommends avoiding conflicts on a regular basis as they induce problems and malfunctions. However, the contemporary perception assume that conflicts are unavoidable and in a lot of cases desirable as they end up having numerous positive effects. This research paper briefly refers to the meaning of a conflict, to the interpersonal relationships and to the causes that lead to a conflict. Then, the consequences of conflict in the contemporary school environment– both negative and positive ones- are analyzed. By referring to bibliography and studies concerning conflicts it is of great importance to be able to deal with them. Moreover, it is suggested that the members of the school community should be trained in developing control, managing and resolution abilities. As a result, educators will manage to reshape conflict from a negative experience to a useful one in order for relationships and effectiveness of contemporary school to be improved. | en |
