| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία παρουσιάζει αναλυτικά τη διαδικασία του προ συμπτωματικού έλεγχου για τη διάγνωση και τη διαστρωμάτωση ασθενών με Σύνδρομο Απνοιών Υποπνοιών στον Ύπνο. Επιπλέον αναλύεται και αναδεικνύεται η σημασία και ο ρόλος του νοσηλευτικού προσωπικού τόσο στη διάγνωση όσο και στην αντιμετώπιση του Συνδρόμου. Στην εισαγωγή γίνεται αναφορά στην ιατρική του ύπνου αλλά και στην Ελληνική Εταιρία Υπνολογίας. Ακολουθεί αναλυτική περιγραφή του ειδικού ύπνου, αναφέροντας την ελληνική διαδικασία πιστοποίησης αλλά και παρουσιάζονται όλες οι διαταραχές ύπνου στο σύνολο τους. Η εισαγωγή ολοκληρώνεται με μία ανασκόπηση για τον υφιστάμενο ρόλο του νοσηλευτή. Στο επόμενο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζεται η μεθοδολογία της χρήσης των ερωτηματολογίων που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν για την εκτίμηση της ύπαρξης του Συνδρόμου Υπνικής Άπνοιας καθώς και την επιλογή των ερωτηματολογίων που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν για τις ανάγκες της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας. Κλείνοντας, παρουσιάζονται τα αποτελέσματα από τη συλλογή και ανάλυση των δεδομένων. Μετα την ολοκλήρωση της εργασίας με την συζήτηση, ακολουθούν τα παραρτήματα όπου παρατίθενται τα έγγραφα που σχετίστηκαν με την παρούσα εργασία όπως το έντυπο συγκατάθεσης ασθενούς, τα ερωτηματολόγια και η έγκριση του κλινικού πρωτοκόλλου από το επιστημονικό συμβούλιο του Πανεπιστημιακού Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Ιωαννίνων. | el |
| heal.abstract | The thesis presents in detail the procedures of pre-symptomatic screening for the diagnosis and stratification of patients with sleep apnea syndrome and the important role of the nurses in both diagnosis and treatment. The introduction deals with the field of Sleep Medicine and also the current situation in Greece and the Greek Society of Hypnology. A detailed description of the sleep specialist is given, citing the Greek certification process as well as all the classification sleep disorders it total. The introduction concludes with a comprehensive review of the current role of the nurse. A detailed methodology follows where the questionnaires used for the and the assessment of Sleep Apnea Syndrome are explained as well as those which were used for the purposes of this thesis. The clinical protocol and the data collection and analysis are also presented in this chapter. To conclude, the results obtained from the questionnaires are presented in the Discussion section. Finally, the appendices contain all necessary documents such as the patient΄s consent form, the questionnaires and the letter of protocol approval by the scientific council of the University General Hospital of Ioannina. | en |
