| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία έχει σκοπό να εξετάσει την πρώιμη διαχείριση των ασθενών που έχουν υποστεί εγκεφαλικό επεισόδιο και μετέπειτα εμφάνισαν δυσφαγία. Η δομή της εργασίας αποτελείται από δυο μέρη. Στο πρώτο μέρος γίνεται μια εκτεταμένη περιγραφή της ανατομίας και φυσιολογίας του μηχανισμού της κατάποσης, ενώ στην συνέχεια αναφέρεται η παθολογία της κατάποσης, τα αίτια της δυσφαγίας καθώς και η εμφάνιση της δυσφαγίας ως επακόλουθο ενός εγκεφαλικού επεισοδίου. Στο δεύτερο μέρος επιχειρείται η συγκέντρωση, η ανάλυση και η σύγκριση σύγχρονων ερευνών σχετικών με τις στρατηγικές διαχείρισης που έχουν εφαρμοστεί και έχουν επιφέρει θετικά αποτελέσματα σε δυσφαγικούς ασθενείς μετά από εγκεφαλικό επεισόδιο. Μέσα από τα αποτελέσματα αυτών των ερευνών παρουσιάζεται η δημιουργία ενός πρωτοκόλλου πρακτικής αντιμετώπισης δυσφαγικών ασθενών μετά από εγκεφαλικό επεισόδιο. Συμπερασματικά, η αναπαράσταση του πρωτοκόλλου έχει ως στόχο την εφαρμογή της ενός κατάλληλου θεραπευτικού πλάνου που μπορεί να προσδιοριστεί ανάλογα με τον τύπο εγκεφαλικού που έχει υποστεί ο ασθενής καθώς και τον τύπο δυσφαγίας που εμφάνισε ως αποτέλεσμα. Οι θεραπευτικές αυτές τεχνικές συνδράμουν στη σύγχρονη θεραπεία και αποκατάσταση της δυσφαγίας επιλέγοντας έτσι την αποτελεσματικότερη τεχνική που μπορεί να εφαρμοστεί σε αυτούς τους ασθενείς, προκειμένου να βελτιώσουμε στο μέγιστο την ποιότητα της ζωής τους. | el |
| heal.abstract | The current study aims to examine the early management of stroke patients who have suffered a stroke and subsequently developed dysphagia. The structure of the study consists of two parts. The first part provides an extensive description of the anatomy and physiology of the swallowing mechanism, followed by the pathology of swallowing, the causes of dysphagia and the occurrence of dysphagia as a consequence of stroke. The second part attempts to summarise, analyse and compare current research on management strategies that have been implemented and have produced positive results in dysphagic patients after stroke. Through the results of these studies, a protocol for the practical management of dysphagic patients after stroke is presented. In conclusion, the representation of the protocol intent to implement an appropriate treatment plan that can be determined according to the type of stroke the patient has suffered and the type of dysphagia that occurred as a result. These therapeutic techniques contribute to the modern treatment and rehabilitation of dysphagia, thus selecting the most effective technique that can be applied to these patients in order to improve their quality of life to the maximum. | en |
