| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία αφορά την οργανωτική δομή και την λειτουργία της επικοινωνίας στις επιχειρήσεις στην Ελλάδα καθώς και την μελέτη περίπτωσης στην Singular Logic. To οργανόγραμμα σχετίζεται με τη συστηματικά μορφοποιημένη διάρθρωση των οργανωτικών ρόλων τους οποίους διαδραματίζει το ανθρώπινο δυναμικό μιας επιχείρησης ή οργάνωσης. Ακόμη, η οργανωτική δομή απεικονίζει τις σχέσεις που αναπτύσσονται στους διαφοροποιημένους ρόλους. Στη διάρκεια των χρόνων, το εργασιακό περιβάλλον, ανανεώνονται και δημιουργούνται καινοτόμες μορφές επικοινωνίας. Ταυτόχρονα, η ποικιλία του Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού ξεπερνάει το φύλο ή τη φυλή και εξαρτάται από παράγοντες, όπως το μορφωτικό επίπεδο, οι γλωσσικές δεξιότητες αλλά και η πολιτιστική κληρονομιά, ενώ η διαφορετικότητα του Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού διατηρεί την δημιουργικότητα και την καινοτομία του σε υψηλά επίπεδα. Ακόμη, για να παραμείνει μια επιχείρηση βιώσιμη είναι απαραίτητη η επικοινωνία με το εξωτερικό αλλά και με το εσωτερικό περιβάλλον. Τέλος, σημειώνεται ότι η παρούσα μελέτη, αναλύει την Singular Logic, η οποία διαθέτει ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα τηλεφωνικά κέντρα στην Ελλάδα και αποτελεί μία κορυφαία εταιρεία παροχής υπηρεσιών και καινοτομικών ψηφιακών λύσεων για επιχειρήσεις και οργανισμούς του ιδιωτικού και του δημόσιου τομέα. | el |
| heal.abstract | The present work concerns the organizational structure and the operation of communication in companies in Greece as well as the case study in Singular Logic. The organization chart is related to the systematically structured structure of the organizational roles played by the human resources of a company or organization. Furthermore, the organizational structure reflects the relationships that develop in the differentiated roles. Over the years, the work environment is renewed and innovative forms of communication are created. At the same time, the diversity of the Human Resources goes beyond gender or race and depends on factors such as educational level, language skills and cultural heritage, while the diversity of the Human Resources keeps its creativity and innovation at a high level. Also, in order for a business to remain viable, it is necessary to communicate with the external and the internal environment. Finally, it is noted that the present study analyzes Singular Logic, which has one of the largest call centers in Greece and is a leading company providing services and innovative digital solutions for companies and organizations in the private and public sector. | en |
