| heal.abstract | Ο καρκίνος του πνεύμονα είναι μια κακοήθης μάζα, η οποία προσβάλλει τόσο τους άνδρες όσο και τις γυναίκες οδηγώντας τους συχνά και στο θάνατο. Πρόκειται για νόσο που σχετίζεται σε μεγάλο ποσοστό με το κάπνισμα. Οφείλεται στην ανάπτυξη μη φυσιολογικών κυττάρων στον πνεύμονα ενώ τόσο η θεραπεία όσο και η πρόγνωση εξαρτώνται από το στάδιο της νόσου και την ύπαρξη μεταστάσεων. Σε μια νόσο όπως ο καρκίνος του πνεύμονα, μεγαλύτερη σημασία έχει η ποιότητα ζωής από ότι η διάρκεια της επιβίωσης. Οι παρεμβάσεις των νοσηλευτών στη αντιμετώπιση των συμπτωμάτων είναι εφικτές και αποδεκτές από τους ασθενείς και για να βελτιώσουν πρωτίστως την ποιότητα ζωής τους και στη συνέχεια την παράταση της επιβίωσης τους. Σκοπός: Η παρούσα μελέτη σκοπεύει στην ανασκόπηση της βιβλιογραφίας σχετικά με το ρόλο του νοσηλευτή στη διαχείριση του ασθενή με καρκίνο του πνεύμονα και την αναφορά παρεμβάσεων βασισμένων σε ενδείξεις που προάγουν την υγεία και βελτιώνουν την ποιότητα ζωής του ογκολογικού ασθενή. Μεθοδολογία: Πραγματοποιήθηκε αναζήτηση βιβλιογραφίας στις βάσεις δεδομένων PubMed και Google Scolar και έντεκα άρθρα επιλέχθηκαν. Συμπέρασμα της παρούσας μελέτης είναι η επιρροή των νοσηλευτών στην εξέλιξη της νόσου και την ποιότητα ζωής του ασθενή μέσω πληθώρας παρεμβάσεων. Αποτελέσματα: Ο ρόλος του νοσηλευτή στη διάρκεια παραμονής του ασθενή με καρκίνο του πνεύμονα στο νοσοκομείο είναι ιδιαίτερα απαιτητικός αλλά και σημαντικός για την έκβαση της ασθένειας. Αποτελεί το συνδετικό κρίκο μεταξύ της θεραπευτικής ομάδας και του ασθενή και η παρουσία του είναι ευεργετική σε όλα τα στάδια της νόσου. Ο ρόλος του νοσηλευτή έγκειται στην ικανότητα του να διαχειρίζεται τον ασθενή βάση της ολιστικής φροντίδας. Συμπεράσματα: Ο ρόλος του νοσηλευτή απαιτεί την υποστήριξη του νοσούντος σε κάθε στάδιο της νόσου. Η φροντίδα του ασθενή από το νοσηλευτή δε περιλαμβάνει ΚΑΡΚΙΝΟΣ ΤΟΥ ΠΝΕΥΜΟΝΑ ΚΑΙ Ο ΡΟΛΟΣ ΤΟΥ ΝΟΣΗΛΕΥΤΗ 6 μόνο το κομμάτι της θεραπευτικής προσέγγισης αλλά και τη ψυχολογική υποστήριξή του. | el |
| heal.abstract | Lung cancer is a malignant mass that affects both men and women, often leading to death. It is a disease that is largely related to smoking. It is due to the development of abnormal cells in the lung while both treatment and prognosis depend on the stage of the disease and the presence of metastases. In a disease such as lung cancer, quality of life is more important than survival. Nursing interventions in the treatment of symptoms are possible and acceptable by patients and to improve their quality of life first and then prolong their survival. Purpose: The present study aims to review the literature on the role of the nurse in the management of the patient with lung cancer and the reporting of interventions based on indications that promote health and improve the quality of life of the oncology patient. Methodology: A bibliographic search of PubMed and Google Scolar databases was performed and eleven articles were selected. The conclusion of this study is the influence of nurses on the progression of the disease and the quality of life of the patient through a variety of interventions. Results: The role of the nurse during the stay of the patient with lung cancer in the hospital is very demanding but also important for the outcome of the disease. It is the link between the treatment team and the patient and its presence is beneficial in all stages of the disease. The role of the nurse lies in its ability to manage the patient on the basis of holistic care. Conclusions: The role of the nurse requires the support of the patient at each stage of the disease. The care of the patient by the nurse includes not only the part of the therapeutic approach but also his psychological support. | en |
